I applied for scholarships and financial aid online for a local community college I am attending. I'm sure Colorado Tech got my number from my scholarship applications online or something. Now I receive never ending calls from multiple numbers, no matter how many I block. I started answering and just saying "Stop calling me" and hanging up. Yet I still get about 2+ phone calls a day at the most inconvenient times - when I'm at work or WHEN I'M ASLEEP. I have no interest in attending, never have. The one person I talked to the first time they called was pushy, didn't stop asking questions when I told them to call back, and did not respect that I was ON MY WAY TO MY JOB. They talked over me. I am so done with these phone calls, it's spam and harassment. I have asked them to stop calling on multiple occasions and the calls seem to have become MORE frequent.

I've nearly finished my four year degree with CTU, and I couldn't be sadder about the school I chose. I was unable to have a graduation ceremony in 2020 as a high school graduate due to COVID, and I was very excited to attend my college ceremony. However, I have recently been informed that it's too late to sign up for the 2024 graduation and that it's my fault because I received an email in February of this year. That is not true at all, I never received any such email. I was informed that since my graduation date is in August and the ceremony is in July, I don't qualify for the 2024 graduation. What school only has a ceremony once a year, and why was I not informed of this sooner so I could've transferred schools while I had the chance? In addition to these issues, I have also been given the run around by the financial aid department. After receiving a scholarship from my place of work, I was ignored by my financial aid advisor for two months before I finally walked into the school in person to redeem my scholarship. I have gone through more student success coaches and financial aid advisors than I can count, and it's very evident that the school cannot retain employees due to their horrible way of running things. Four years and $69,000 later, I won't even get to celebrate my hard work, but rather I'm told that the school essentially doesn't care about its students enough to provide a ceremony for them in the year they graduate. Choosing this school has been genuinely one of the worst decisions I have ever made, and I will always regret it.

I attended CTU briefly in December 2017 through a commitment ***** through my employer. I never attended the class which started around 12/15/17 (I believe per old emails). By December 19, 2017 I was dropped from the class. The only notice I ever received was a withdrawal email from admissions. All throughout 2018 I received CTU welcomes you back emails urging me to re-enroll. I never did. Fast forward to 2024, I enrolled with CTU through my same employer with the commitment ***** (although multiple CTU employees told me there was no commitment ***** so I dont trust much of what they say). This is the issue, CTU is now billing me in ******************************* 2017!! They never billed me before, emailed about the balance, called me, nothing! I had absolutely no knowledge of this $656.25 balance until I started my second class in 3/2024 once I reenrolled. How can this be? It cant be legal or ethical to do this. ************************* from financial aid sent me a nasty email today acting as if this is totally normal and threatening that Ill be responsible for this 2017 balance if my employer, whom they billed, doesnt pay. I feel blindsided, taken advantage of and bullied. Please help. The attachments show the email from ****, the withdrawal emails, and the abundance of re-enrollment emails I received in 2018, BUT NO BILL. Thank you

They keep spoofing their number and pretending to be another company, first a **************** then a **************** They called on May 3rd, and I told the woman that I was busy at work and if they could call back Monday. She acknowledged that and kept trying to ask questions. I told her that I was busy and couldn't talk and she kept pestering to continue the call so I hung up. They then called from the Chicago number on May 5, I missed the call but called back to see who it was and when they answered, I asked why they were calling me today when I had told them Monday. The guy went on ignoring me and trying to ask questions and I got upset and told them to take me off their list and I wanted nothing to do with them. He continued to try to talk over me and I hung up. I blocked both numbers, but based on how they act, they'll continue the harassment. I'm already sick of the cold calls and not bothering to listen. I don't owe them any money, and had only considered going to their school around a month ago and had changed my mind, now they won't leave me alone.

I signed up for school and started in approximately early April 2023. I was under the impression that I would be going to school full time, as I was never told anything else by the school. They asked me to send a notarized form back to them which I did two or three times. They allowed me to go to school till September where they cut me out of my classes because of my nonpayment of tuition. I received a computer and an extra 500 dollars from them. They say that this is because I picked up an extra class but I was told by an instructor I would lose my Federal Finacial Aid if I didn't. They put me into collections (*****) from the school (Not including my FFSA) and dropped me out of my classes. I went from a 4.0 to a 2.9 in just a few weeks as I was unable to access my classes. I never signed a repayment letter, and this was almost seven months into my program. May to late September early October.

Consistent calls, different number every time so blocking doesn't do anything. Regardless of if I answer and ask them to stop, opt out of their text messages, they call at least 10 times a day.

I was attempting to create an account through a Meta CP LLC website. I'm not sure if the address is correct. I received a download via mobile app of Colorado Technical University. Colorado Technical University may not be connected to the website, but I tried to enter the information on this site forthe Meta CP LLC. I was attempting to create an account to manage my mental health and develop support services. After several attempts, and several spurts of many minutes passing, the website continuously redirected my information blocking the process of an account being created. The information about the mental health organization is listed below.Meta CP LLC ******************************************************************************* **************** ************** Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

I just recently graduated from CTU where I my balance for the entire school year was at a 0 balance due to my financial aid covering all cost. The entire time I attended this school I did hear from ANY staff! No financial aid advisors, no academic advisors, nothing! Once they have your aid money; they cut you off! Finical aid sent over more than enough money to pay my tuition in full. CTU somehow decided they wanted more from my financial aid and took more than they needed, creating charges and fees and taking it out of my FAFSA package. All of my charges for the entire year said 0, now a month after graduating they are harassing me with calls telling me I owe them $4,000 knowing that its never reflected on my ledger in ****************! They immediately locked me out of my portal and told me I had to pay $4,900! This school is crooked!!! It is stealing financial aid and the government is not stepping in to stop these people.
