    Install date - July 21, 2023 Install concrete *************** between front yard and back yard with rounded corners, stamped & stained. Install tubing under walkway for some wires to pass through, and the walkway to have stones on both sides.Dispute: One gutter downspout embedded in did not exit concrete, rendering it useless. Another downspout not embedded at all, just laying forgotten in yard One walkway corner not rounded Requested tubing not installed, instead wires permanently embedded in concrete Walkway was set right against the side of house rather than with rocks between **************** as requested, reducing usable width of walkway Concrete left on paint in several areas, not cleaned up, leaving unsightly marks. Attempted Resolution:July 27 I texted w/pictures - no response July 28 I texted, he responded he was out of town but would stop by Aug 8. He did not come Aug 10 I texted, he responded hed be by next day. He did not come Aug 12 I texted, no response Aug 14 I texted, he responded hed be by next day. He did not come Aug 15 I texted, no response Aug 16 I called, he said hed come by in a few minutes. He came and inspected issues. He said hed fix the front gutter but not back one, offered a poor workaround. Other than gutters, He commented that some of the work was sloppy and apologized but offered no correction or compensation. He said his team would be by but did not say when. They never came Aug 23 I texted but got no response Aug 28 I called and left voicemail, no response Aug 30 I called and left voicemail, no response Sept 1 I called but did not leave message Sept 2 I called but did not leave message Sept 5 I called from different phone number and call was answered. When he heard it was me, he sounded frustrated but still spoke professionally. He said hed be by that morning but never showed up Sept 13 Filed BBB complaint
