    Calling my home six to eight times a day. They never leave a message and any of the few times I do pick up there is no one there. Stop calling me.

    11-Sep-2024 1830 Received a call, said, "Hello?" There was no response, then they hung up. I have tried to disassociate myself from these people 5 times and they keep calling.

    on do not call list texting me requesting me to take a survey...knew my name and number...they need to delete all my info and no further contact

We do not engage in any type of sales and as such are not subject to the *** list.  None the less we maintain an internal *** list and all our employees are instructed to add anyone to our list when requested.  I have added the number you provided to our internal *** list.

    These people keep bombarding my home phone number with calls for months. When I try to call the number back to tell them to stop calling, I get a recording saying "This number is not in service".When I call the corporate number ************ to complain, I get a recording with NO OPTION to speak to a human being about anything regarding stopping their calling.STOP CALLING ME! The number you are hounding me at is ************. STOP IT!!!

    We maintain an internal DNC list and anytime a respondent asks not to be called our interviewers are instructed to add that number to that list.  I have instructed my QC team to research anytime we have contacted you to see if our employee failed to act as trained. I have added your number to our DNC list so we will not call that number in the future. My apologies for any inconvenience.

    My wife is disabled, and we're on the Do Not Call registry. Even though we've blocked their calls, they simply use another number to call **. She struggles to get to the phone and JUST as she gets there, they hang up. Please STOP CALLING!!!

    This caller called Luce Research is constantly calling me at all hours of the day. Really upsetting. I want them off my calling list please!

    I received a text message wanting me to do a survey, my number is on the do not call list, so by your company sending me unsolicited messages, you are in violation of that law.as per federal regulations, violation of the do not call list carries a $11,000 fine. you are directed to make payment of $11,000 for said violation via **** money order, as well, as to PERMANENTLY and IMMEDIATELY remove ALL my information from your records, and NEVER contact me again.

    Today 7-24-2022 I went to their website several times to use their protocol to have my number removed from their list. Each attempt yields this response:"There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."I tried to contact them using the contact form on their website. As soon as I submit my request the following message appears instantaneously:"There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."The contact phone number listed on their website connected to an answering machine. I do not want this company to call me. How can I accomplish this?Thank you J *******

    LUCE Research somehow obtained my information, which I have absolutely no business with. They texted me many times. I have advised them to stop contacting but they continued to do so. I have subscribed the Federal Do-Not-Call list but they wanted me to go to their website and add my contact in their website, https://www.luceresearch.com. That is just too ridiculous! They are the want started the whole mess and yet asked me to take steps so that they won't call me. Please help!
