Tetra-Tech has been contracted in Pinellas County to process the Federal Assistance Program ERAP applications. My experience has been mind-blowing. I feel personally victimized by TT, specifically ********************************** (Manager). I submitted my application back in May 2021, which took 11 months to finalize. I was told after submitting that my application was moving forward with processing by the first agent assigned to my case. I'm not sure if he quit or was let go; however, management failed to comb thru his workload, which left me and I'm sure others with no assistance. I messaged the customer service emails several times and had no response. It wasn't until I reached out to the primary office that I received a reply with additional havoc. Instead of taking ownership of the oversight of the agent's caseload, it came back to me with more documentation being requested. I submitted the required docs. and after receiving a letter from my landlord declining participation, management demanded my landlord's involvement. They even sent me to a legal aid organ. which determined I had submitted everything I could, and they were not putting it all together. Each of these tasks added more unnecessary time to my application process. It wasn't until after reaching out to the county's fraud ***** was my application finalized.I discovered my status was changed to unresponsive when I communicated via email. I went through four agents who were not correctly updating my application or communication records. I was even denied under pretenses. within the 11 months, I acquired more debt, covering bills and rent thru loans, credit, and 401k. I've had my services disconnected. And most recently, TT decided to add a date restriction to assist with the moving expense, which is not compliant with federal guidelines. Today I am not sitting here with assistance still needed, more debt than when I started the application, and no idea what direction to take.
