    Do not use them. They do not answer their phone regularly. Their voicemail box is always full when I call. They took over 2 months to complete installing our small patio when they promised it within 2-weeks (weather permitting). New concrete was splashed on the patio windows, on the side of the house and covered existing slabs. *** texted them to attempt a resolution and all they have done is threaten me with penalties for not paying the final payment on time and referring me to the fine print in their contract. They have not inspected their work or even taken all their equipment from our property after leaving weeks ago. They were referred by Homeadvisor by ***** but have since been removed from their list due to customer complaints.

    ************ CO Secretary of State lists owner of BestEx Pros as **********************************. He introduced himself as "*******". He gave a great first impression but, in the end, we lost a lot of money and BestEx Pros NEVER FINISHED the over ***** sq. ft. of driveway. Two weeks after finishing the tear-out of the old driveway, and after three no shows to pour the new driveway, ALL communications stopped. No returned calls and No returned Texts. He even refused to sign for a registered letter with return receipt requested. We had to find and hire a new contractor to come and finish the job. My only advice is to never do business with *******************************. As of this writing he has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. ************************************ a refund of our expense to hire a new contractor to finish the job.

    This company is listed with **** and sounds legit, however responding to your communication and timelines is not their specialty. The owner, ******* is a great talker but that is only until he has your money. Do not hire this guy, you will regret it! I found out later he didnt even pay his crew and they were the ones that had the equipment. This guy is bad news, RUN!! He sent me a final bill even as if the job was completed. I hired him to extend the patio , put a wall up and build a fence. Not even!!
