    In July of 2024 I started my project with Peak Fencing. Felt that charges were reasonable and **** works with me on specifics for a large square footage fence, 2 large double swing gates and one smaller gate. The subcontracted crew installed everything within approximately 10 hours. Fence looked like a roller coaster, nothing even. Gate didnt match up and issues with top rail. Same contractor out 2 more times and still not right. Peak Fencing sent another subcontractor out in December and he pointed out additional issues I wasnt aware of. I had high hope of getting things done right! He kept pushing out the repair date due to a knee injury . Finally showed up mid December! Lied as to the work hed did ( camera footage), left multiple screws/ nails in my driveway along with his cigarette butts! I again reached out to Peak Fencing before Christmas but no reply until the first week of 2025. Given incomplete numbers to call them back and always pushing off to someone else! I have left voicemails and emails weekly with no response. I get a weekly invoice for remaining balance but no other contact. I left another voicemail and and email today! I let them know today I was contacting you, making a bad ****** review and that I may contact the news. It has almost been 8 months!!! I have been more than patient and kind but not anymore! I want results!

    Peak Fencing was contracted to install fencing on our property beginning Aug, 6, 2024. We paid a good faith 50% down payment of over $9k. Work began and was stopped by the city because Peak failed to obtain the necessary permit before starting. The city came out twice to stop work. It is now Sept 3 and the city permit department stated that Peak does not know how to create a site plan/has not submitted a site plan which meets their requirements. Peak has sent a ****** map with pink lines designating the fence and a rough hand drawing. **** has refused to provide owner information for ******************* to contact and resolve the permit site plan requirements. The only contact information is a Gmail email which is always unsigned so there is no way of knowing who is responding. Peak has now delayed completion by over three weeks from start. We have resorted to hiring an architect to provide the site plan. He is on the city review committee and has been asked to contact Peak. Peak Fencing installers are good and honest workers we are very satisfied with the quality of the installers work but ************ does not have competent staff according to the City of ************* to handle the fencing permit, site plan or to obtain the necessary signatures.

    We have paid in full for a completed fence. There is a section of fence that was installed incorrectly (smooth side facing inwards instead of outwards). Peak Fencing refuses to come out and fix their mistake and our HOA is going to file a covenant violation because the fence was improperly installed. We would like Peak Fencing to come out and fix their mistake because we paid for a correctly installed and stained fence. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they refuse to respond anymore and are ignoring me.

    Peak Fencing was scheduled to install a fence and double gate on the north side of my home on 3/24/22.I received several calls from **** who postponed the date he was able to come out and begin the work.The March 24, 2022 date was originally scheduled on . There were numerous issues and reasons why he was unable to come for several days. This was my first concern. Once the posts were installed, it took several days for **** to come back to install the fence and gate. Once the gate was installed, I told him immediately I was unhappy with it. The fence was approx. 6 inches off the ground and my concern was that animals could easily slide underneath. **** agreed to come back out and fill with dirt and rocks which he did. However the fence is still at least 3 inches from the ground.The other unsightly complaint I have is the gate/fence does not meet in the middle! There is a large gap enough a small animal can fit through. My strongest concern is that after 3 weeks, the gate and hinges and main wood slats are broken. I understand we have had strong winds, however the gate should have held with brand new hinges and a strong latch. **** explained to me he needed to install the gate so it swung into the yard (to the East). The prior gate swung out to the West. The gate was installed incorrectly. It is spaced too far apart. The new latch does not hold the gate closed. Most importantly, my brand new gate has damaged, bent, broken hinges and split wood beams that the hinges attach to.I contacted the company with photos and expressed how upset I am and the poor job they did. They responded with an estimate to fix it!!!! It was not installed properly in the first place.Therefore I do not intend to pay the $1,094.00 **** unless the company comes out and corrects their mistakes. They need to replace the split wood beams, fence hinges, fence latch and make the gate meet in the middle.
