    These mother falcons... My parents had retirement accounts with these guys and both of them passed away this year within a few months of each other. My brother and I reached out to them to get the paperwork to fill out to submit for the beneficiary payments. I sent mine out certified mail and then a few weeks later I get a mystery deposit of a large yet arbitrary amount of money with no heads up or communication that they received the forms or confirmation of the account balances or amounts to be distributed before they just deposited money in my account.The amount while large was only a fraction of the balances in their accounts that are to be distributed between me and my brother. How many people I wonder do they do this to to where the beneficiary has no idea how much money they're actually entitled to unless they ask? In our case it would have been roughly a third of what my brother and I were entitled to. My parents hard-earned money that they're probably earning interest on while beneficiaries are clueless. Typical sketchy bank behavior but just need to be persistent with these jokers and you'll get a satisfactory outcome eventually. Stay vigilant.
