    I have discussed the previous review of this business with the owner and we have resolved our difference of opinion about the scope of work in one unit in particular. There was no dispute about the other two units that were mitigated. The team was very professional and pleasant. As I stated initially the project manager was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. I retract the previous statement about padding the bill. My mistake. This was a very stressful time over the Xmas holiday. This also was my first experience with mitigation and restoration work. The team mitigated appropriately based on the professional standards of the business and have certification from this professional organization. I would was happy with their responsiveness to my needs.
