    Best company around, locally owned and operated, cares about their customers, always willing to fix any issue that arises, and some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to deal with. Trash is always picked up when they say they will be there, get emails anytime trash is delayed for weather or holidays, sometimes they even grab my trash when I forgot to put it out. Hands down the only company I will use.

    I have used SOCO waste for years. We started with them back in 2018. They are the most reliable and customer service oriented companies out there!! They are also a local company and not run by a big corporation! All their drivers are very professional and very thorough with the service they provide. SOCO is also one of the only companies Ive ever used that is guaranteed to show up every single week!! You will not be disappointed with SOCO waste service and professionalism they provide for trash service!!

    I had high hopes for this trash service. Sign up was simple and easy. I believe I had one, maybe two pickups before running into an issue. On my second pickup, or what I believe was the second pickup, a driver decided to leave me a note. Its a lost principle on the owner but most of the time theres an understanding that customers appreciate a heads up or a simple knock on the door to chat. But fine, got the note and moved on with my day. Well, then the next week my trash wasnt picked up. Mind you we just moved so its hectic, most people understand that. I wouldnt have even been upset but the way I was talked to and treated is what threw me for a loop. Had ****** just replied with customer appreciation, a nod to my time and efforts, and an apology for the missed pickup it would have stopped there. (Simple customer service , what is called soft skills). Nonetheless, I simply wanted to express that I had thought 3 pm was a general routine as thats about the time the trash had been picked up prior. Im not privy to any route changes they decide on impacting a stray away from their normal routine. Apparently, that ticked the owner off because he proceeded to just berate me about the pickup time. I never argued that. I just simply had the mindset of not even a one time courtesy as other customers have reported getting. The owner, ******, proceeds to strong arm me and talk to me unprofessionally. Youre just mad , your review isnt fair , youre mad you didnt get your way. Treating me like that is a horrible business practice when a simple phone call or attempt to resolve the issue could have been all it took. You can see in bad reviews how the owner gets SO defensive, argumentative, and will just be so rude, and impossible to work with. Disappointed in the treatment of customers. You cant allow customer thoughts, feedback, and opinions upset you so much that you cancel their services. Try talking to people and be kind, youll get so much further.

    This is now the 4th or 5th review we have had from you, your husband and your fake profiles. We explained to you that it cost money to drive across the city on a return trip to pick up your items. It cost us well over 60$ to return due to the cost of fuel, drivers, etc. We asked you to pay a return fee of only $35 which only helps us with part of that cost. We weren't even asking for what it actually cost us to make the return trip. When you signed up for service you received a welcome letter that we do have copies of (I looked them up) and you signed them. It ask you to make sure to have your bins out by 7A.M. On our website under residential trash faqs it says the same thing, it says please have your trash out by 7A.M. and your trash can also says please have your trash out and ready by 7A.M. You're mad because someone didn't just come up to your door. I am sorry but these drivers have hundreds of stops so they do this when they can and as a courtesy sometimes. They are not required to do this at every stop only the ones that pay for carry out service that covers their time and our cost. Your trash was not out until well after 12:39P.M. (we have the gps and time tagged photo from our system on the truck) We have cancelled your service for you at this point because leaving us a bad review with your profile, your husbands profile a fake profile and another review here is a little bit ridiculous. We do not need to be harassed by you because you could not follow the directions and what we need you to do so we can actually provide you with service.
