    *************************** was hired to replace some fencing and a gate. He was paid in full by myself for half the fence and additional work in my yard, and by my neighbor for the half of the fence that is shared. The gate, which I paid $450 in materials and labor, was not finished. He did not cut the posts down on the gate or the fence as he said he would, used a wrong size picket in the gate, which looks ridiculous, and did not haul away the old gate, which was included in this cost. **************** did not provide me copies of the receipts for materials that he bought, as he said he would. One 3/4/22, he only worked 3 hours. When I saw the gate, I assumed he went to lunch and would return to finish the work. When he didn't, I called and left voice mails, sent texts and sent an email between 3/4/22 - 3/11/22 asking him to come back and finish. He has not replied to me and never returned to finish the work.
