      Kaiser Permanente has been sending me conflicting information and providing no help in regards to the payment of my monthly premium. Their billing service, which I register for on May 21st, shows that I have no payment due at this time. Yet, they've sent me letters informing me that I am months overdue on my premium payments. These letters, dated September 4th but not arriving until yesterday, contained equally conflicting information stating that I had a grace ****** lasting to the end of November, but saying that my health coverage would end September 30th. Thus giving me no time to act on the matter. I checked their payment system and confirmed I had a valid credit card set up with them. I am not responsible for their failure to run things properly.
