    This has been ongoing since August, 2021. I called to have a leak fixed from my bathroom upstairs that was leaking into my basement. They have come and gone several times. He helped out with a few things and everything seemed ok, 'fixed' the shower leak, but 2 weeks later it began to drip again. I have called the office 5 times, have waited for months, due to operations on employees family members, postponed appointments, and misunderstandings about appointments times, then he set the appointment himself, and never showed up, office had no information or appointment scheduled. They are 'so busy', and they always say, ***** will call you, and nothing happens. Its April, 2022. I paid already. They won't fix it right! Their employees punctured an oil painting, they stole copper pipes after being told to leave them alone, and put in a lemon garbage disposal. They refuse to contact me to straighten this out, when I asked for the name of the owner, they lied, and gave the name on the **** *********************, instead of ***********************, the true name of the owner according to the **************** Clerk of Courts. That was the last straw. You will NEVER get a straight answer from these people. Just don't.
