  Our 43-year-old furnace went out during a bitter cold snap. I called on Tuesday morning and ******* scheduled an estimator to come out right away. ****** stayed in touch with me twice to let me know her arrival time. She did an excellent job calculating the appropriate furnace and ** unit for our home, explained clearly all our options and gave me confidence we were purchasing the right system for our home. On the spot she was in touch with a local electrician to also quote us the cost of having the new ** wiring installed at the same time as the ** unit. I had both quotes that afternoon and were scheduled for the next day to install everything. ***** and ****** arrived Wednesday morning and proceeded in a very professional manor and had the furnace and ** completely installed that afternoon. Their work is of the highest quality, they were very skilled at what they do, they listened to my request about the placement of the ** unit a bit further from a bedroom window and explained the system in a clear way. On Friday all work passed the two building inspections; I could not be happier with our new furnace and ** and the quality of the work performed. ******* in the office was able to get us favorable financing, so that helped also. From the first phone call through the installation and the final inspection, I could tell I was dealing with a quality company. I am so glad I found High Altitude Heating & Air on short notice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch, quality work, and great people. Thank you to all the employees and High Altitude Heating & Air and I look forward to calling on you in the future.

  This is the first time I have used this company and I'm thoroughly impressed. Courteous office staff answered my call immediately, and ******, the technician was very friendly , efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them whenever I need my furnace or A/C serviced!

  After receiving an outrageously high bid from another HVAC company to service our air conditioner, I called High Altitude Heating & Air for a second bid, Boy, am I glad it did! The young men ******* sent over the very next day were competent, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. A ++

  High Altitude Heating and Air were excellent today! The price was reasonable. The customer service was excellent. The technician was honest and professional, I asked technical questions, and he gave me technical answers. I would recommend this company to everyone!

  Great experience with these folks. They are competent, knowledgeable and didn't drop the ball when I needed a scarce part. I originally went with them because the service company I was with only offered me the option of a new furnace, rather than fix my furnace whose parts were under warranty. High Altitude jumped in and repaired my furnace and saved me thousands of dollars. High Altitude repaired my furnace in the same time it took my original service company just to diagnose the problem. My furnace is working beautifully. High Altitude is my company now. I highly recommend them. From my calls to the office and my interaction with the service technicians, it couldn't have been a better experience.

  What a GREAT experience it was to work with the folks at High Altitude Heating & Air today! My vents have been blowing cool air for weeks even when my Nest device has been set at 70 degrees. Today the heat completely stopped working. The temps are in the teens, its snowing, and the house temp quickly dipped in to the 50s. Seeing the five star reviews on Yelp for this company, I decided to give them a try. Im so glad I did! ******** answered my call. She was super friendly, and she was able to assign a technician to my problem immediately. In less than 30 minutes *** and his apprentice, ******, were at my door. Their work was professional and meticulous. They diagnosed the issue with my furnace quickly, and not only did they fix it, but they created a solution (to prevent the air filter from leaning in to the blower) that would help going forward. The two men worked very well together and it was great to listen in and watch as ***, a military veteran with 32 years in the **** trade, mentored ******. Once the furnace issue was fixed, *** turned to helping me with my humidifier. Another local company told me a few years ago that the system should just be turned off and that the filters for it were out of circulation (no longer available). So I did. I shut down the humidifier that had cost me a pretty ***** to have installed - what a waste! Today *** cared enough to take the time to look at it a little closer. He cleaned out the filter console, checked the motor, inserted a new filter, flushed the hoses, and turned the system back on for me. Its working just fine! Seriously! WOW. Im so grateful. I will absolutely call High Altitude Heating & Air again. 5 stars!

  I called HAHA about a furnace that was blowing cool air. Within two hours, the tech arrived for the diagnostic test. It was a quick fix and covered within the $89 diagnostic test. Will definitely call HAHA in the future! Very professional and timely!

  I contacted High Altitude Heating company one late night in Dec 2022 after our furnace system stopped working altogether. ******* in the office answered our call in the morning as soon as the office opened , understood our predicament, being without heat, and went out of her way to locate a service employee first thing in the morning to help us out. ******* was super friendly, professional and supportive. She is to be commended. The service representative, ******, was also great. He resolved our issue in no time. I have been using this company for years and could not be any more pleased. They are responsive, service oriented and highly competent.

  This company provides excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish. The communication was consistent, prompt and detailed and their prices are competitive. ***** was great to work with and had our new furnace installed efficiently and quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough.**************
