    Excellent service by ******. My furnace was not working properly and he was able to pin-point the issue and resolve it in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We were even able to track down a possible cause to help prevent the same issue in the future.

    Leaving a poor review is not something I take lightly as I know many people's lives go into an organization's productivity. My comments are primarily based upon the owner of SoCo being unwilling to talk to me about a recent replacement and several managers providing any reason within their grasp to charge a high rate. The technicians doing the work were all top notch. Our new hot water heater failed after only four years because the tank cracked. SoCo did the installation. The tank was covered by the manufacturer but the service was not. I understand mechanical equipment fails but I do expect a company to be accountable to an extent. I was charged $1,615 for the replacement installation, $129 for diagnosis and given a number of reasons why this was necessary. It took two technicians one hour to install the replacement. I initially asked to speak with the owner who originally talked me into using his company (when he knew we needed a new hot water heater) but he wouldn't call me back this time. We basically had no choice but to use SoCo Heating as we were without hot water for six days. Any company who doesn't value the feedback of its customers is not trustworthy. My ask was simply to be reasonable with their pricing as no one wins in this situation. On a side note, we shopped a new HVAC and Cooling system at ****** and the price was $7,000 less than SoCo Heating. I'll continue to steer clear of this company in the future and won't think twice about adding their ********* membership as it feels like a good way to milk more cash out of customers.

    Hello ***, We understand that when there is an equipment failure that the warranty process is terrible and can be incredibly frustrating. Our office manager did reach out and provide additional discounts for you, if you still feel your issues were not resolved, please give us a call. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.I would like to make sure we address all of your concerns here as well.First, the owner was not in office at this time. He was ill and had been out for several days. If you would like to speak with him, we would be happy to arrange a ************** and Labor warranties are 2 separate things. Labor warranties cover the cost of the physical work and cover any issues that arise as a result of an improperly done install. Your particular issue was not a result of the work done, but of the equipment itself. Unfortunately, when the equipment fails we are at the mercy of the terms of the manufacturer warranty. This warranty only covers the equipment and not our costs to cover labor to replace it if it fails.We were very upfront about our pricing before the replacement installation was done and the price was agreed to. While our installers are incredibly efficient there was significantly more time spent on the job than what is obvious on the day of install. Your original service tech who diagnosed the failure did some pre-install set up work and we had to send a driver to ****** to pick up your water heater to make sure we could get it installed right away and make sure that you didnt have to wait for traditional delivery. I understand that labor costs on issues that are out of your control feel unfair, but I assure you we do everything we can to make sure that we set our pricing to allow us to provide the level of service we are proud of and keep the doors open.We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and if you feel we have not resolved your issues to your satisfaction, please call ************.

    I would have liked to give them 5 stars just because their technicians are awesome. Their professionalism, knowledge, customer service and education to the customer is outstanding. However, we had a steam humidifier installed a year ago and the wifi receiver needed for it to work wasn't installed timely, then failed to work and replacement follow up didn't happen again. Communication on the work orders needs some improvement. I've spend quite some money and was expecting to be able to use it without having to make follow up calls to get the issue resolved. Not a deal breaker to renew my cozy club though!

    Had my annual furnace inspection today with ***** and *****. As is always the case, they were polite, courteous of my home, clean, informative, and very respectful. I have been using SoCo for 6 years and have never had any issues. This company is always prompt and so very helpful! I highly recommend and will continue using for all of my HVAC needs.

    SOCO is a great company! they have the best customer service! We bought our house in 2021 and tried their cozy club membership. We are very satisfied with their service and recently renewed it! they are one call away, staffs are *******************.

    The overall service ******************** explained all the things very throughly. Before he came I identified that capacitor was gone. My only concern that the service was bit pricey, to change the capacitor was 368 bucks (which should not more than 150 bucks) which is way more expensive than what I expected. Otherwise i will tell that it is good service.

    This company puts customer service first and their employees are superb. Good hiring practices have gotten best people. **** has been here twice for two separate needs and hes been wonderful. Make sure he has gotten my highest rating. Your company is terrific; love the office staff too. All friendly and quick to want to help resolve my problems as they come up.
