    I have had car insurance with State Farm for a few years with 3 drivers & 3 cars however, in January I requested to remove a driver & a car off the policy. I was told the account had been billed so they could not adjust the amount I owe so I paid the full balance owed. I was told that it would be taken care by the end of the month. In February I was still being charged for the 3 cars. I requested to speak to a supervisor who said I needed to pay $546.03 which I paid. In March I was only billed $401.57. I thought I received a credit because in January I paid an insurance payment for a car that was totaled out in December and I should not have been billed for but I learned in time that supposedly I did not pay the full payment in February even though I paid what I was told to pay by a supervisor at this location. I supposedly owed $46.67 so in March I was billed for $275.70 for one vehicle & only $46.67 for the other to complete Februarys payment. Mind you I paid $401.57 for March. Now in April I was required to pay $816.38 which is $275.70 for one vehicle and a double payment for the other car for missed payment in March. Now Ive overpaid but being told different information & told that I didnt overpay. Its taken weeks to work through my concerns and they are still not resolved. *** asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and cant seem to be able to speak to anyone who can resolve the issue. Its taken about a month or more to get some clarity but based on the calculations they still had me over pay by $79.20 in March. Now, ** told that my monthly payment will be $546.04 & if thats true I was only short $0.01 in February although Im being told I was short by $46.67. Its not adding up & I think they are covering up an error but its cost me. This whole transition since January has been stressful and more difficult than necessary. Paying the double payment in April created unnecessary financial hardship. I can not seem to get any resolution so far.
