    Hello

Our contract has a specific 1 year warranty. The house was completed on 9-12-2021. At the time of completion, the owners entered into a divorce. We were owed $1.35mil which took 7 mos to recover creating a huge problem for unpaid sub contractors, including framing siding, hvac, exterior landscape and grading just as a few.

The septic system was installed by a lic. contractor, inspected by the design engineer and the county inspectors multiple times. The is a required maintenance agree with a septic *** and I recommended J&K to them for inspecting, maintaining and repairing.

We, nor anyone I'm aware of warrantees flatwork concrete against cracking.

I am not aware of leaking atrium, but the house experienced major hail damage, I recommended an insurance claim at that time.

    Fireplace stone was repaired

Leak over closet I thought was fixed as it was the humidifier drain not over the floor drain, last time we looked.

Don't know anything about locked gas line.

Front fire table burner is accessed by lifting unit out. don't know of any wrong there.

Most things look like home owner maintainence, as we are about to enter the 4th yr

The first thing is I started a divorce filing way before the completion of the home. When the house was turned over to me we had several meetings to review the punch list items and warranty work which was not completed to date. Interestingly, he would bring up being disgruntled by my ex-husband not paying him. He immediately started a new build with him after mine was completed.
The inspection that we had on the ***** field contradicts his statements. Please take a look at the attached text and picture.
We have submitted to you an estimate of the cost to fix the problems. See attachment.
We have several text messages back and forth with AAHD about the leaking of The Atrium Way before the hail hit. So any claim that this was not spoken about is false. See text.
We also have another text talking about the stone falling again a couple of months ago. See text
As he said he would be coming by to fix this and never did.
It's extremely dangerous and could cause severe harm to someone. The falling Stone damaged are hardwood floor.
The leak in the master closet has never been fixed or addressed. See attachment and text.
All we ever wanted from AAHD was to finish the punch list and the first-year warranty work.
Woodwork falling off the home within the first 6 months was not fixed. We were left without proper heat during the winter. His excuse was we have a home with a lot of windows. I've been working with Regional who approved the home without proper Heat. **** left us with bills to try to resolve the problems that they were responsible for in an initial build.
You did send a certified letter to AAHD before the one-year warranty expired listing the issues that we were on the punch list they created.
AAHD came to our home on several occasions for the punch list work but never completed anything. I've never signed off on any warranty work being completed. They would come to identify the problem and Never follow through with completing the work.

I am rejecting this response because: I have requested copies of the contract and all warranty work from AAHD multiple times and have gotten no response. I sent a certified letter to AAHD 10 months into ownership to express my concerns over the warranty issues. Can the BBB request the contract and warranty information from AAHD via this portal?

    Sincerely,
