    We received a bid for the kitchen cabinets in July 12,2023. We paid 1/2 down on July 24th,2023. The Subcontractor Cabinet maker came out to the house 5 times to measure the job. Last time out here we gave him a Door from our cabinets so he could Match the Paint Color . Finally got a install Oct./3 they reschedule install for Nov.17th at 2pm !! Called ******* owner on Nov. 27th no answer. On Dec. 13th ***** another Subcontractor came for the prior person ***** which ***** said, that he was not sure if he around. The Cabinets where rescheduled 3 times during my Small Business 4th qrt which is the busiest season. **************************************** bowed . Top of cabinets 1/2 to tall , Bottom of cabinets 1 inch to low. Cabinets stick out 1/2 to far not flush. and much more issues. Doors the routing inside glass is very crooked, chunks of wood are out. The doors Painting color does not match / ***** told me that the cabinets are painted with a Spray Can they bought from ********** he showed me the can. They where to be Sprayed in a Professional paint booth . The inside of both doors where the glass is mounted is not finished you can cut your hand on them. ***** told me that is all they do. Both Doors glass frost has several spots where the Frost is peeling off. ***** was unsure on how to drill the holes in the cabinets for the handles at that point we did installed the handles. Fridge Panels handles when removed to install the wrong color sprayed painted pnls.and now the fridge handles squeak every time the doors are opened. Many more issues. Communication about install and quality issues not addressed!!! To fix the project everything needs to be redone. With that said, Issue can be Closed by the Balance of $2172.87 not being charged. Please help me resolve this problem I want this project Closed by Cabinet Craft Finishers with no Balance due to me the Homeowner. I want an email stating Invoice paid in Full. So frustrated with the lack of respect for my time and home .
