I had laser surgery on January 9, 2023. I paid $600.00 that day that insurance did not cover. A few months later I received a bill stating that I owed. My insurance ended up covering $1571.88 of a $2000.00 procedure. Which should have left $171.88 from what I paid that day of $600.00. It took them a month to deduct that amount from what I owed. I received another bill for the same amount. After I thought things were corrected. called again & was told my current bill was not correct and disregard. Then I received another bill again for the same amount. Talked to their billing company and they figured out in 2 days that what I owed was $21.66. I paid that amount that day. AT this time I was told my balance was ZERO! I had laser surgery in July to clean off the film from my cataract lens. I didn't pay anything that day for that procedure. Then I received a statement with completely different billing information and it says I owe from my cataract surgery 90+ days overdue plus another amount for the laser surgery. I called and left a message. I hadn't gotten a call back and then I get a refund check in the mail for $229.00 on August 31, 2023. I finally received a call back a few weeks later from Sky **** itself not the billing company. I told her everything all over again. She didn't even have a copy of the last statement I received. I had to email her a copy. I emailed ******* the last statement on September 25th. I got a response on Sept. 26th saying they will look into. I hadn't heard anything else. 20 mins ago I receive a call from Sky **** wanting to talk about my bill from ********* She verified my info and asked if I had been receiving the statements. I told her yes and explained EVERYTHING AGAIN! **** was being trained so she was repeating what I was saying to someone else. Then she tells me, "I apologize I see you are working with ******* on this situation." I am tired of this! It is almost harassment at this point because they can not get their s*** together!
