    I had this company build me a fence and they did a horrible job. They did not use weather treated wood on the fence and its already splitting after a month of being installed. It will not last me long term. They also did not follow what I had asked them to do and its becoming an issue in my HOA community. They also did not install turf appropriately. I have to completely redo the entire project.

    Hello, this is an absolute lie. We have proof of her telling us how amazing the fence and the turf were. We even gave her free services because she was complaining about her neighbors and we felt bad for her. That HOA stuff is also a lie because she told us exactly what she wanted and even had us add more to it. This is obviously a scamming customer, and we are dumbfounded at how hard we worked for her and got it done in 20-degree weather. This job took us 2 months on a 2-man crew. We hardly even profited from the job because it was underbid. We made sure she was extremely satisfied on every little detail. The wood is not even cracking due to the type we used last longer than and more durable than traditional fences. She asked us to do it this way specifically. The crack she thinks is happening is due to when she asked us to fix the bottom gate because it was touching the turf. We received nothing but praise throughout the whole job from her and her neighbors. This is absolutely ridiculous, and she should be ashamed for asking a mom and pop shop after all those hours spent working in the cold. Plus, she waited for us to finish the entire job and then asked for a refund after another business gave her a quote. We built her a fence and turf the exact way she asked and paid for in every way. We have proof of pictures and we litterally did this whole job with the upmost respect and politeness so this is a huge shock. We did not receive one complaint and when we were finish she requested a full refund, yeah sorry ma'am you can't eat the whole steak then ask for s refund
