I contracted with Superior Service Lawncare to mow my lawn 25 times from the first of May to the end of October. Each week was to cost $38 for a total of $950. I was given a 5% discount if I paid for the whole summer in advance. I paid Superior Service $902.50 by check on March 22, 2022. Over the course of the summer, my lawn was not mowed 6 of the weeks. (May 18, May 25, Sept. 16, Sept. 21, Oct. 19, and Oct. 26.)I have contacted Superior Service many times by phone messages and texts. I have gotten only a couple responses with apologies for missed mowings but no attempt to correct the situation by refund or mowing.
