I'm a disabled veteran of ******* Second Infantry Division.Mortgage solutions is a scam. They can't get you a mortgage in Bankruptcy. Don't believe *****, ***** and ********. They don't tell you all the information. How much it will cost you to get a lawyer to just "file" a motion to try to get an approval. $3000.00 in legal fees. My attorney sees no path in approval when your already in debt The realtor ****** **** at EXP realator ordered a home inspection that I had to pay for $500.00. I get an invoice that I had to pay. That the mortgage company ordered! My deposit of $500 (******* money) Is GONE. The contract of purchasing home is over. They don't tell you how long this process will take and you will lose all the money you invested in the deal to try to get an approval for a mortgage. This has been the biggest wasted of time and money in my life.

We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised.Upon reviewing the loan application and associated documentation, we found that the loan application was conditionally approved on December 31, 2024, with specific conditions, one of which was the need to receive approval from the bankruptcy trustee. On January 20, 2025, we received documentation confirming that the trustee would not approve the loan under the current circumstances. As a result, *** issued the Statement of Credit Denial on January 21, 2025. At ***, we strive to maintain clear communication with all our clients throughout the loan process. We understand that navigating such situations can be difficult, and we genuinely appreciate your efforts and patience. Refinanced with Mortgage Solutions **** but then they transferred my loan over to Mortgage Solutions Financial back in September 2024. My mortgage shows transferred on my credit report, but Mortgage Solutions Financial have never reported my loan to the credit agencies. I've contacted *** several times, and only received an automated email, or there was no response at all. My credit report has not been correct for several months and it's causing credit problems.Mortgage Solutions Financial

Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC dba Mortgage Solutions Financial (MSF) is in receipt of the review you submitted to the Better Business Bureau on January 6, 2025. In this review you have stated that *** has never reported your loan to the credit agencies and that it is causing credit problems.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. A thorough review of your loan has been performed. Our records reflect that you closed your loan on March 25, 2024, and MSF acquired the servicing of the loan in July of 2024. In addition, records reflect that MSF has been reporting information to Experian as of September 1, 2024. Beyond reporting information to the credit agencies, *** does not have any control over when the agencies update information on a borrowers credit report.
We would encourage you to obtain a free copy of your credit reports via the government approved site, ********************************** to review them for accuracy.
MSF would like to thank you for providing us with the opportunity to work with you on your home loan. At ***, we strive to exceed our customers expectations with every interaction, and we regret that wasnt the case in this instance.

I reached for options in refinance and for direction as to what to do as I have never been through this before. It was a long drawn out process that took 9 weeks out of mylife that I will never get back again. And after 9 weeks I had to walk away because it seemed that we were never going to close. Communication was very lacking and when I did finally get a return call I was screamed at multiple times, berated over the phone called a lair and a fraud. Everytime we got close to closing there was always another problem or they needed more information, it was always something. This is a company that I would never recommend or try to do business with. So very unprofessional! I was promised everything under the sun and got nothing in return, I fell behind on things as I was told to hold up as it would change my closing numbers, it was just a mess. The needs list I was given in the beginning said nothing about inspection for property and/or land so everything became an emergency to get it all done in there time frame. If you want to buy a house and stick to the schedule for closing, do NOT use Mortgage Solutions Financial! They will delay constantly and ask for documents at the last minute every time you get to closing. Some of the documents are completely pointless auch as a letter from your employer that says the job site is at "x" location compared to the house you are buying. Once you closed a month after your original closing date, you aren't done with their incompetence either, they will ask you for things you sent them well before closing for a second time. If you want to actually look forward to buying a house, go with a better lender that is more organized such as Caliber Home Loans.Mortgage Solutions Financial

Only wanting to assist customers who are having situational hardship of losing their homes only if they sre totally behind in their home payment. Most people don't ever want to get behind on their home, therefore, requesting help is a totally responsible solution.
