    ************/************ Hello this is CS mediation I'm looking to obtain a voluntary statement regarding a complaint that's been issued against your name and Social Security number if you can please return the phone call I can be reached her directly at ************ again I do want to hear from you immediately prior to just assuming your involvement phone number again is ************ thank youTime and time again I get threatening messages like this on my voicemail. Weve confirmed this isnt for me, *** asked for my number to be removed over 10 times but this company continues to harass me about a family member I do not have contact with nor have had contact with for years. They are skip tracing and finding my families number. My parents are elderly they call them with this threatening stuff also. Legally if someone ask you to remove them from your list, you need to remove their phone number from your list. It shouldnt take someone losing their mind on a customer service rep for you to do something. This company really needs to take a look at the way its being ran and who is running it. **** is extremely sarcastic and rude along with every single person I have talked to.

    My sincere and very honest response to your complaint # ********. Nobody named "****" has ever been associated with my individual proprietorship Mediation business. I've never had any contact with any of the phone numbers mentioned in your complaint & not with *************************. My business is based in **************** ** & I've been a member of the BBB of Southern ******** since 2009.

    I am truly sorry that someone has been harassing you and your family by using my business name and number.  It appears to me as though someone has used my business name to commit identity fraud using my registered trademark name in the *****************.  I would be more than willing to speak to you directly any time you choose to call me. I'd be more than happy to call you, but do not want to harass you in any manner. 

    Thank you for letting me know of this complaint and a stranger using my business name for harassment & stain upon my business reputation.
