    Colorado Springs Neurological associates billing department is rude and uninformed. I am a disabled veteran who has community care authorization to see ****. Their billing department refuses to bill the VA and is illegally billing ******** for my office visit. When I call to try and resolve the billing problem, the billing department employee ******* just yells "invalid" at me and hangs up. I called the VA and they faxed the authorization information, but the employee refused to even look at or acknowledge the fax. They have no interest in doing the right thing here.

    Negligent, unresponsive staff. ******************** was thorough and knowledgeable. However, his medical asst didn't follow through with his ****** and was unresponsive to my and other providers' communications. Dr. prescribed two meds for me and MRI/MRA scans. More than 24 hrs after visit, meds were not sent to pharmacy, nor were the scans ordered. As I was in pain, I called the office two times to request my prescriptions be sent to my pharmacy (as well as sent a message through the app). I've never had a doctor's **** where prescribed meds were not sent into the pharmacy immediately. Well, meds finally got called in about 48 hrs after visit. Yet MRI/MRA scans were still not ordered. So, I took time off work to drive to office and sit in waiting room and told front desk that I would not leave until Dr's ****** were called in for my scans. Front desk VERY helpful and asked med asst to order them immediately. Medical asst then lied to me in an attempt to cover up her lack of follow-through on the scan ******. A couple weeks later, same Med asst did not follow through to facilitate scan approval with my insurance & the MRI provider, after several calls and msgs from both myself and the MRI provider. No one on office phones can help patients; all depends on Dr's unresponsive med asst. ***** taking weeks to even get an appointment at this place and spending a lot of money on all of my medical expenses related to what is going on with my head, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Shockingly poor follow through on patient care and communication.
