On 8/11/2022 I attempted to receive medical weight loss care from Springs Integrated Medical. During this treatment the company changed their name to Amazing Meds. I agreed to pay $2530 for this treatment. The company assured me my treatment would be covered. Each time I would get any type of medical care whether it was blood work or a call with the provider, they would tell me I had to pay. At one point, they gave me expired medication, when I brought this to their attention, they said it was fine and to keep taking it. When they didn't give me enough needles to administer the medication, I went back to get more and they said they couldn't give me needles because the medication was expired. When I started having adverse side effects from the medication, I asked to speak to a provider regarding my symptoms, the front desk receptionist told me just to take prilosec and mirolax. Being that she was not a licensed practitioner, she couldn't legally tell me to do. I ended up in the hospital with pancreatitis. I did another blood test with them and had the provider look over my case, she then told me that my health was too concerning and there was nothing that she felt comfortable prescribing me until my health was better. Which I totally understood. But I paid $2530 as well as three payments of $371 for medications. So at this point I'm over $3000 in medical services. I'd ask for a record of how much of what I had paid for had gone towards the medical care I received, it took 4 months of calling and showing up in person until I could get a record. They finally sent me a record that said I had $1677 in a credit that hadn't been used. The provider told me that since there was no way she could help me she'd see what she could do to get me my remaining money back. I never heard back from the office. I have been trying to talk to a manager for 6 months, everytime I call, she's busy and will call me back but I never get called back. They just charged me again $371.

I went to Amazing Meds upon referral to do hormone testing. I filled out paperwork and realize its a virtual appointment. I had blood drawn and a physician was to call me regarding what they found. When this supposed physician called me he didnt talk to me. He sat snorting snot and typing the whole conversation that he was 20 min late to. I kept trying to have a conversation from my end and it was one sided. He didnt discuss with me what he saw or suggested. While still charging me $122 for being a licensed physician call. He didnt treat me as a patient. I asked how much this was going to cost me and he stated he didnt do pricing his office person would call me after him. At the end of call he NEVER conversed with me what he saw; suggested or what his suggested treatment was. This was never a patient physician conversation and I refuse to pay for such ********. If youre treating and charging people then act like professionals and a physician as you claim to be. I will no longer stand to be raped by the medical profession you took oath to care for the people. In additional the office gal called and joked her way through trying to get me to commit to $3000 for 6 months RX therapy care.
