    2 things. They misrepresented the cost of purchasing a service contract so I cancelled it 2 days after I bought the car. The Lien holder still hasn't received a refund for $2968.00. I am paying off the car tomorrow. They only gave me 1 set of keys for the car. I'm pretty sure if I'd requested a second set before I agreed to buy, they would have gotten me the other set.The most frustrating thing however is the fact that they don't return calls when they say they will. I left 2 messages a week ago to two people and nothing. Today, I tried to call and no one answers, it just rings and rings.I went to Hyundai in Motor City because my daughter had a good experience there but unless I get some resolution to the aforementioned issues within a week, Ill personally spread the word in all available avenues, to stay far away from Hyundai Motor City.

    Make sure you do research. I went with the intention to look at a vehicle I saw online. Vehicle wasn't what was advertised. I checked a few others. I caught my eye. Sharp looking Buick Lacrosse 2016. The car runs good. A few minor body problems but still good looking car. Well I ended up financing the car. For ********* and some odd dollars. When I finally got my paperwork from the fiance company. I got hit with a ton of bricks. I noticed on their site. The **** car has a top value of ********* on KBB. So they seen sucker on me. My mind wasn't on straight. And I let them take full advantage of me. So for anyone ever thinking about buying a car from a dealer. Do some research about vehicle. And don't let them ******** you about the value of the car. What really makes me ****** off about this. I've bought numerous cars from them. They knew this. And instead of giving me a deal. They just do what most dealers do. Well the customer didn't check on the value of the car. So we're just going to sell it at an outrageous amount over KBB, and the customer won't find out until it's too late. So again. Make sure you do research before you buy

The ***** Blue Book Valuation report for your car dated 2 days before your purchase is $13,919, which is higher than your actual purchase price of ******. Yes, there are extras on your purchase with our Taxes, fee, and an extended warranty and ************* which are optional but always good for peace of mind. However, these optional items can be cancelled for a full refund. Please call me directly at ************ and I will help you remove these items from your loan. We stand behind our vehicle and the price we sold it for, you got a fair deal, nothing less, nothing more. We feel that we do not deserve a 1 Star rating from you and some of the characterization about how we treated you is completely out of line with what happened. ********************* , General Manager.

    This is a follow up to a review I wrote. My name is ********************************* and I want to make a correction. The General Manager ***** checked into the situation I had about a recall alternator and ***** was able to fix my situation. Come to find out it was all a misunderstanding. ***** took good care of me and helped me out moving forward. I'm very pleased and satisfied with ***** and Phil long hyundai motor city service department and also sales department. I recommend Every one to bring your vehicle to this location to get service and if you're looking to buy a new vehicle. Thanks *****

    I received a price in writing a week before my purchase and after a ton of pressure to buy now. When I went to sign the papers, the price got jacked up. The *** **** fought with me in front of the dealership and lied repeatedly. Items I paid for were also removed from the car! Another item I was charged for was never even provided to me. I was told it didn't come with my package until after I combed through the stack of papers. Repeated reaching out to get this resolved. I have been told they are talking about it but no one will call me or give me any reply. I purchased on 10/31/2023 and it is now 12/5/2023 with NO CONTACT OR RESOLUTION. Sleazy, lying, completely taking advantage of a single woman, dishonest, confrontational, no ethics, no integrity. The only reason I purchased was because the salesman did an incredible job and he alone deserved that sale. I wish I never walked in that dirty dealership and wish I could return the car and buy from a reputable dealership WITH lawyers to see through the thick lies.

    Two months ago, considering the lack of concern and response from the ***************** ************ i offered a review pertaining to the poor service and care of our recent auto purchase discrepancies (delivered - with broken windshield then being replaced with faulty aftermarket parts, filthy w/out being Detailed, and unprofessionalism of *******' sales tactics and practices), to which ***************** responded, to again, "contact us at social @ phillong. com so we can work towards a resolution." and "address it as quickly as possible." - I followed ****'s instructions 2x since, still having no response to date.Where have the honorable business practices disappeared to... ?? ??Salesmanship and concern for our care of ******* was ************** your transactions for their recollection.

    I had an appointment for a critical safety recall. It took them 3 weeks to even be able to see me. After 3 weeks, 2 text confirmations, showing up, and waiting in their lame "customer lounge" for 45 minutes (AFTER ALL THAT), they say, "Oh gee, we don't seem to have the part you needed, and we have no idea when it will be back in stock." Incompetent, foolish, time wasters and idiots involved where a simple cross check could have saved us all wasted time. DO NOT GO HERE!
