    I purchased a kia **** on 2/5/2024. The car had side damage however the sales person told me that he would schedule an appointment the next day I called him several times with no results . I spoke with the general manager his first response was that he couldn't help because he was not there to resolve this type complaint I assure him all I wanted was to get an appointment with a date an time he told me he would call me back he never did the sales person is not able to get appointment with the body shop?

    Please beware of ***************** dealership in *****************. They don't care about customers at all and try to reap them off as much as possible. Here is my story: We got a *** **** in Sept 2023. The *** **** is easy to steal, especially the older models, but even the new ones are targeted. Our car got broken into, so we took it to Phil Long Kia dealership. Dealing with them was worse than dealing with the thief. We had to call them 10 times a day just to get updates. It took them approx 20 days to give us back our car. They refused a loaner car whereas dealers always offer loaner car .and when we got it back, they had messed up the suspension, but they refused to admit their fault. They also didn't honor the bumber-to-bumper warranty for which we paid $3000 extra on their promise that it covers 100% of the parts. They charged us $2500 for repairs and another $300 for the suspension they broke. Every time something goes wrong, they would blame us and say it's not covered by the warranty. We've never had such a bad experience with ****** or ***** dealerships in the past 30 years. Getting a *** was a big mistake. I wouldn't recommend *** to anyone because customer service is more important than the product itself.
