Bought 5 trees in spring. Planted June 28. Also purchased their soil **nditioner bc cashier said it would **me with 2 yr warranty. Our hoopsi pine is dead and stripped of all needles by mid November. Branches dry n crack upon touch. Needles lie thick in ground beneath the tree. It didnt look like the tree I picked out at purchase. Same tree but **ndition was not same as day I purchased. It began its decent rt away. Waited to see if it would settle right n perk up but it **ntinued to die. It has no needles on it less than four months of planting. Ive read that tree damage can take several years. This tree was dead when planted. Had an arborist trimming some other trees for us who said it wasnt looking right a week after planting. Called tree farm few times without return call finally got a gal who directed me to owner. Owner said he wont replace it at full value, even tho cashier indicated it had a Warrenry for two ********* paid for that warranty. Will only give me half credit to purchase something else from them. Ive exchanged emails with owner many times n send pictures. He has said repeatedly that he cant really see **ndition of tree in my pictures. Ive sent full size pictures of tree from top to bottom and close *** to show him the **ndition of each limb. Its sitting right beside another tree purchased from them on some day n planted same day. That tree is doing great. Its maybe 10 ft from the hoopsi. Nothing wrong with it. But hoopsi was in decline when it arrived here by many different opinions. Not just mine. Two landscaping ** looked at it while doing other work here and said same. Tree was not gonna make it. The business will not exchange it. Im gonna have to pull it up myself and return it. It Cost money to purchase, more to plant and more to remove. After all of that and multiple request to owner I still have no tree. The policy there is 50% refund if u dont like it. Cashier said 100%. I assumed since it was dead n had zero needle on it in 3.5 months that it would be guaranteed. Im sure they dont mean to sell dead trees but this one was DOA. Total **st of tree, delivery, planting, and soil **nditioner was close to $1000. Im certainly not pleased and feel like I was not told the truth while I purchased this tree. It was presented as a full warranty if I bought the soil **nditioner. I was finessed to buy more buy sales two sales girl. One while picking out trees and another at checkout. the extra money for **nditioner seems to have no promise of working bc it did not help, **st extra and has no guarantee that it will help tree. Nothing. I was hoping this business would hold up their end of the deal as it was presented to me. Perhaps the cashier was new, very young lady, but still yet she represented the business. Im out hundred of dollars, no tree and obligated to repurchase thru them. Im obligated to spend the 50% refund there. Dont want to but have no choice now. Extremely ***et and disappointed over this. I wont purchase from this business again.

Just to clear it up, here is the warranty as it appears on our invoices. ONE YEAR GUARANTEE Heidrichs Colorado Tree Farm Nursery LLC guarantees plants that we sell to be viable for one full year from the date of purchase or we will replace them for 50% of the list price, no matter what happens to them. No refunds/Store Credit. 50% of the original list price will be applied towards a new plant of equal or greater value of the plant being replaced. If the replacement plant is less in value than the one being replaced you can purchase it for 50% of the lesser list price. Annuals, Vegetables, Patio Pots (with annuals/perennials), Pumpkins, Wreaths, ******** and Cut Christmas Trees do not have a replacement guarantee.TWO YEAR GUARANTEE The same terms of our ONE-YEAR Guarantee listed above, but extended for a second year with only these two requirements:The plants must be planted by Heidrichs Colorado Tree Farm Nursery LLC trained/approved professional planters (Independent Contractors), and Plants must be planted using sufficient mycorrhizae growth supplement purchased at the time you purchase your plants.REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS Any plant material or other item purchased from us can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. After 7 days from the purchase, regardless if the plant material has left the nursery, store credit ONLY will be issued and is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Any plants that left the nursery must be returned in perfect condition, which is determined by one of our team members. Purchases made with cash will be refunded by check within 10 days. Purchases made by check will be refunded by check within 10 days after the original check clears our bank. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the card used to make the original purchase.PLANTING GUARANTEE (LABOR/DELIVERY)The planting companies are Independent Companies. If a tree/plant dies within 6 months of the planting date, they will replace it for 50% of the per tree planting price, but not less than half of the planting minimum. There is no guarantee for planting charges on trees after six months from the planting date. Delivery, Special Access Charges, and Difficult Site charges are not guaranteed.
