***** did an excellent job of connecting our furnace vent to the cap that goes through our roof. There was no access to the furnace vent near the roof line from inside our house because we don't have an attic. However, ***** communicated options and after we agreed to proceed with the chosen option he figured out where to remove a small section of drywall to make the connection. Based on measurements he made, he picked the right spot to enter the wall the first time. He then made the connection securely, took pictures of his finished work and cleaned ** the work area in my home very well. The amount we paid was well worth the good work he did.Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical

Check air flow...Held a paper towel up to the air...cost $209.00 was here 15 min!!!! ROBBERY!!!!! This is outrageous. Would have been cheaper to request a service which most HVAC companies charge *****. Wont use Affordable again...Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical

Affordable Plumbing said they would not charge us to come out and see what the problem was. Well once the plumber (not sure if he was licensed) told us our pipes were probably frozen, but didnt do any work. Then he said we owe ******! So, they said I didn't have to pay anything for a diagnostic on the phone, yet they charged us ******. Do NOT use this company as they will rip you off! I called a few times left a msg for a manger and they never called me back. So Now Im filing a complaint as I want my ****** back for no work done! They are ignoring my phone calls, and have not gave me a refund. Beware of this crooked companyAffordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical

We have recently waived our $85 trip fee and do not charge to come out. However, if we need to diagnose a system in order to determine repair/replacement options, we do charge as minimal fee as we can. We paid a large amount up front to Afforable Plumbing for the promised sewer replacement after being told that we would receive the 2022 rate even though the work was scheduled after Christmas for our "convenience". Our first red flag was when our scheduled start date was set back 1 week and then 2 more days. We had been told that the project would take 6 days, but after 4 months the company has stopped communicating with us. There were many set backs including scheduled appointments with late or no shows, several failed inspections and employees who came out with no idea what was to be done during their visit. Even though 2 managers got involved, our job never seemed to be a priority. There were always excuses as to why they couldn't get back to our project. After the sewer work was completed, the grade still didn't pass inspection. It was the plumbing inspector from the Regional ************** who took ***** on us and came up with what appears to be a viable fix for the issue. That work was done for an extra $900 and left exposed pipes and a hole in the wall in our finished basement. The final issue is the sink hole in our front yard which was to be addressed this before May 15. This hole extends under the new cement that was put in after the new piping was run. The last communication we received via text from the excavation manager was on May 16: "I will be out there tomorrow to look at everything. I've been in the field all week so far, but I will definitely call you tomorrow when I'm heading that way so we can go over everything." 1 starAffordable Plumbing is ANY thing BUT affordable. They responded promptly to a humidifier attached to our furnace was not operating. After a inspection we were informed the motor was not working. A new motor was quoted at $743.00!! A complete new humidifier $1100.00. I later took the motor portion to a motor repair shop and told it was a good ball bearing motor. I replaced the motor and it still would not work....when I plugged the humidifier into a different electrical out letand it began working and as continued to operate properly for almost a month. Either these guys are totally inept or possibly crooks. A miss diagnoses is more damaging than NO diagnoses at all.Watch out for these guys...they ALMOST cost us over $700 needlessly. 1 star0 stars. We got plumbing and electrical work done in May 2022 (it's October). We are still waiting for our itemized bill, we are still waiting for completion of inspection and we are still waiting on being able to close our electrical outlets that are hanging out of their sockets. For them to also cover up a 3 foot trench they dug in our yard to put in electrical equipment (both hazards and danger for small children and adults). We have been lied to, ignored, dismissed and told the people that worked on our house are no longer there. We want our money back. This is absolutely ridiculous. We are paying for a project that isn't finished and with many damgers and hazards to us living here.Review fromMonica B

1 starTerrible company and not at all "affordable". They don't show up for appointments and don't notify you when they cancel appointments (twice they did this to me). Had to call them at least 10 times to get my work completed. They **** you on an invoice with your total charges, then try to charge you more when you call to pay the ****. Suddenly they have created a "new" charge and a new invoice that you've never seen before. Worst company I have dealt with: dishonest, rude and unprofessional.Review fromLaura B

1 starWe had affordable plumbing come out to fix our sewer line backing up. They said they could clear it out with a snake line. I was quoted at 353 for the service. When they started working the guys that came then said they didnt find the block and had a camera guy come out. The camera guy said I think its somewhere in your yard. Itll be ***** for us to ************ it. That does not include repairs. We declined, and they still charged us the 353. At no point did they ask for a signature on the invoice. When I was emailed an invoice my signature was FORGED, under the statement of I agree that these services were preformed to my satisfaction. WHAT SERVICES? They didnt offer any sort of solution! My husband had to rent a evac for $600, dig up 6 feet and found that they had collapsed our line! We had to replace it ourselves. The worst of it was they had an employee burn out our driveway and then when he walked up to the house he said to us what the f*** you going to do about it?!. All of this is entirely unacceptable!
