Allright was hired 4/8 to do answer scope on a property I was the listing agent for. The buyers needed the access point located and the wall opened in the basement per their work order request. I have Allright access to the property on behalf of my sellers and the buyers, and asked if they had to go through the wall. They were there for their professional knowledge. **** said he could try to go through the toilet upstairs and if it didnt work, access the clean out through the basement. **** got the camera stuck in the pipe, and he told me that allright would cover any and all costs to get the camera out because that was their fault. They were th ere for over 4 hours, 3 plumbers, hacked apart the walls in 2 separate rooms and pieces of plumbing and left holes everywhere and a toilet not working And completely disabled. Monday morning Allright called to schedule a plumber come out that afternoon and get the toilet and plumbing out back together and have another camera done in the access point because they still had not completed the sewer scope. I requested confirmation it was all covered as I was told by ***** The owner **** called me back and demanded $1650 to put the plumbing back together and said I told the plumber to stick the camera down r he wrong hole so it was my fault. I paid the money because I was managing a real estate deal and needed this house out back in working order without a mechanics lean against the property and also since **** was blaming me, the real estate agent for the plumbers negligence. I had to pay an additional $150 to get the holes fixed and the plumber from docs who completed the sewer scope said he has a new smaller camera so the piece doesnt pop out and get stuck like the one they had. The plumber never should have gone in the upstairs toilet and he lied to me saying it would be paid for by allright. I will also be filing a lawsuit against allright and filing complaints with **** against **** and the 3 plumbers at the property

Allright Plumbing was unaware that there was an issue with this **** until now.  We have not received any contact from the realtor stating the claim until this report.  We are in the process of contacting the previous company that was on the property to perform a video inspection prior to us.  In addition, we are waiting for a call back from the buyers agent.    The owners will be out on vacation from July 1 - 12.  A formal response will be provided upon their return.

      1. **** the plumber told me we would not be charged for any of the damage they cause and the retrieval of the camera. 2. I followed up with Allright plumbing at least 3 times confirming this. 3. I talked to **** and told him multiple times and reasons why it was not my responsibility  to pay for his plumbers mistake and he is the responsible one for the plumber. 4. **** said it was my fault **** stuck the camera down the wrong hole. 5. **** said someone was going to pay for it or there would be a machanics lien. 6. Allright refused multiple requests from me for an itemized invoice of time and parts the $1650 I paid covered 7. I have e mailed all eighth and requested a refund with no response 8. If I didnt pay the blackmail **** of a random number with no explanation **** requested the deal wouldnt have gone through on time and cost the buyers a home and the sellers throw he w home out of state. 9. If you are blaming me for your plumbers action this is an issue between me and your company. 10. I told **** at least 3 times I cant believe hes making me pay for this and I also told the office staff that. 11.  No company should be able to issue a mechanics lien or **** that is from their own negligence and the company is too immoral to have that power. 12. I am requesting all of my money be refunded and I will also file complaints against all the plumbers iicenses involved with **** to investigate and prevent this from happening again

Allrights tech arrived on 4/8/22 to scope a mainline for *********************. ***** instructed the tech to camera the line through an upstairs toilet as she did not want to cut the dry wall to find a cleanout. The tech followed the customers request and the camera became lodged in the line and was not able to be removed.  Two Techs returned on 4/11/22 to remove drywall and retrieve the camera and make other repairs. A few days later, Allright received a call from *******************************, a ******* of ****** who was the buyers agent. He and ****** were instructed by Mainline Plumbing not to complete the video inspection by going through the toilet due to the number of turns in the piping. Direct contact with ****** confirmed that they had told ***** this information before ***** called Allright. Our senior tech spoke with ***** after the camera became stuck and discussed payment for the retrieval. It was agreed that Allright would cover the cost of repairing the damaged camera. Piping under the toilet would also be repaired at no cost to *****. Allright would pay for another company to complete the video inspection. ***** was required to pay for the retrieval of the camera, a labor cost only. There was no charge for any labor or parts on the second service or the second video inspection of the line.   The bottom line is that ***** was aware of limitations that were not conveyed to Allright prior to work being completed. This cost Allright money and created an issue that was avoidable.  As Allright is unable to see behind walls and we were not familiar with the build of the home, we completed the work at the customers instruction and the camera was lodged in the line. Allright also incurred costs of repairing a camera, labor, and materials which was not charged to the customer ($1750).  ********************************************* claims no fault in the event that occurred. ***** could have prevented this whole event if she would have been upfront with the information she had.
