              We were dealing with a certain Nick ****** from this company. An agreement was made between him and my husband who was at the time of repair was working in another city in Colorado. I was left at the house with the belief that they have “finished” with their work and asked me to pay the remaining balance with a total of more than 18k. The metal facia were pulled and acknowledged that it needed to be addressed as there were holes exposed where snow can come in. To make the story short, they dont want to fix it and asked me to go to the dumpster to get the trims they took off from the house. I asked for the company’s insurance information, which was actually in the contract, and Nick’s professional liability insurance, for which Jerry said, “you dont want to go there”, denying me of my right to file a claim and hanged the phone while i was still talking. Also some of the extra materials used were taken back even if Nick offered it because he said we paid for it and its ours.

              Our neighborhood was hit by a horrible hailstorm in July and several homes were badly damaged. We obviously had multiple roofing companies come through the area, but we couldn't be happier that we went with Integrity Roofing! From the start, the staff was professional, very responsive, and ensured that the entire process went smoothly. It went so well in fact that our home was actually one of the first ones in the neighborhood to even get the roof replaced. And not only did Integrity do everything it took to keep us from having to wait weeks, their crew the day of was extremely productive, respectful of our property, and obviously very experienced. In addition, the attention they paid to ensuring a thorough clean-up occurred was AMAZING! They didn't leave a nail, scrap of paper, or other trash laying around that got missed. Even our neighbor noticed how observant they were throughout the day. I would highly recommend Integrity Roofing, as they are definitely experts at what they do and won't cut corners. They are a stand-out company and exceeded our expectations!
