    This company was doing some roof work on my next door neighbors house and my car was sitting in my driveway. The contractors that the owner of the company had working on this house never asked me to move my vehicle and I had no idea the neighbors were having roofing work done until I was leaving my house that afternoon. The people working on the house was throwing old shingles from the roof of the home onto my vehicle parked in my driveway causing chipping in my brand new windshield that was replaced maybe 4 months prior costing me over $700. I contacted the owner (*************************) who got my contact info who said he would get the chips filled so they wouldn't spread. It's been 2 months now and I have not heard anything from him since then. I have tried to contact him via call and text message and now one of the chips is starting to spread due to heat and is spreading rapidly. My windshield will most likely need to be replaced again. None of this would've happened, if it wouldn't have been for his contractors negligence and they would've simply knocked on my door and asked me to move my vehicle. When I talked to the owner about this he laughed in my face and said they've been doing this for years and they don't throw shingles off of the roofs but I still have some in my back yard.

    We have been in contact with ***** and offered to get the pits in here windshield filled. The initial windshield repair company went out and was unable to repair the windshield and referred us to a larger chain company (Safelite). ***** contacted them and set up an appointment on Friday September 6th, 2022 to get her windshield replaced and we put our credit card on file with the local branch to pay for the windshield when the work was completed.

    We offered to come over and clean up any remaining mess in *****'s yard and she said that it was fine and they could clean it up on their own. 

    On our last phone conversation, she expressed satisfaction with our offer to replace the window.

    We apologized for the miscommunications and delays that happened along the way and hope this response is satisfactory for Raven.
