    I made an order that their website took the full $187 amount, instead of putting it through as Sezzle as It said. I am disabled and have Covid. The customer service at PDB is VICIOUS! They wrote me an email that shocked and disturbed me with LIES! They slandered me! SLANDERED! THE ***** SLANDERED ME, called me names and even as a closing "Sentiment" told me to have the day I DESREVE! She said not to ***** her website and it was their error and EVEN if it wasn't. A 61 year old disabled person doesn't need to take this garbage.

    I am just receiving your letter about this complaint. I am including the initial correspondence with this customer that filed this complaint. I dont know exactly what she wrote because it was not mentioned in this letter, but she did threaten to file a complaint with you. Please also note that our office hours are M-F, 9-5 and I was actually responding outside of normal business hours as I sometimes do and was trying to assist her anyways. 

     

    I would have canceled the order for her if I could have located her order, but she never responded with the information I requested. The fact that she failed to put it on the Sezzle (a 4 installment interest free payment plan) is not our fault, but hers. She somehow failed to select that upon check out.
