Awful customer service. They never answer their phones and never respond to emails. I went in for my session and waited about an hour, even though the place was empty. It took her about 20 minutes just to get the tattoo placed on the back of my hand correctly. She finally got it started, and when without even asking about it, she filled in a part of the tattoo that wasn't supposed to be filled in. I left kind of annoyed, but whatever. The tattoo finally healed and about half of it wasn't even filled in, so I contacted them again for a touch up. It took them a month to get back to me and when the finally did, I went in and she didn't even completely fill in the tattoo. So I scheduled for another touch up and they both took a month to get back to me and then scheduled me for a month out. So to get the second touch-up, it took another two months.I called the in the morning the day before my second touch-up appointment to make sure on what time I was supposed to be going in and as stated before, they didn't answer. I left a voicemail and no one ever got back to me. I didn't end up going and even if I had wanted to cancel it, no on would have been there to take my call. I had heard so many good things about this place, but I would never in a million years suggest this place to anyone ever again.
