    Collins Towing towed my truck on 07/22/2023. The receipt for which I paid $240.0 is illegible and I am unable to submit it to my road-side club for reimbursement. I have contacted Collins Towing by phone, email, and post b ut they refuse to provide me with a legible copy. This company is contracted by the ********************************** and I plan on filing a complaint with them also.

    On July 21 2022 Collins Towing towed my vehicle around 6:40pm. My vehicle was parked outside a friend's house for less than 30 min. When I called Collins Towing they said I was parked on a fire lane although there was no signs indicating that I was parked on a fire lane. I asked if I could go get my car because I had to go to work. They said they could not release my car until 9pm. I also asked for the cost I was going to pay and they said $377. Upon arrival they changed their price and I had to pay $382. When I got there I also asked for a summarized explanation of why they towed it but they kept changing their stories. A different car was parked on the same street as ours at the same time my vehicle was towed as well but that vehicle was not towed.
