      We took our truck in 9/14/23 to have the Rear Main Seal replaced due to a minor leak. Other than that, the truck ran beautifully, and there were no other issues. Obviously, we drove the truck to the shop and almost a week later they called and said OK we're going to test drive the truck and should be good to go. Once we got there, they were saying why are you even here, nobody said the truck was done, but since you're here, let's go look at the truck. When they started it, a ton of white smoke filled up the shop and the outside of the building. The truck was making weird noises and misfiring like crazy. *** told him that he needed to get the truck out of there and to pay him for the repair and we now have to get the truck TOWED out of there, and the truck is now our problem.This is not how they should do business! We had to pay the $1500.00 and then we had our truck towed so that the other repair shop can troubleshoot the new issue. We now have a quote of $11,234.88 to have the truck repaired. He found that the timing had jumped 4 teeth in cam gears and a lot of work is now needed. He stated that the only way this could happen is while driving it and something fails or if it was put back on incorrectly and/or rotated the engine in reverse (counter-clockwise) causing the tensioner to lose tension on the chain allowing the chain to "jump". The other way this can happen is if someone raced the heck out of the truck or drove it super hard to cause the chain to "jump". This truck is a supercharged V8 Tundra.Remember, we didn't even have the truck in our possession. It was in the shop the entire time this NEW issue occurred. The truck ran fine and drove just fine prior to having it at this shop. We should be able to leave the shop as it came in, at the very least, as the truck ran well and was able to drive it. Now we are stuck without our truck at another shop and is undrivable until fixed. We even had to pay the new shop another $666.98 to diagnose the new issue.

      Best Western does not honor their work. They replaced a radiator on my 2007 Suburban and it failed. Not only did I get stranded out of town, but Best Western will not pay for the repair. When I called ****, he gave me the number to NAPA warranty. Best Western did NOT install a warrantied product. I even returned the damaged part! I am out of time, an Uber ride from ****** to the Springs, and a very *******************, on top of that I already paid Best Western.

      Our customer broke down out of town, we honored our warranty and sent the customer to a NAPA *** care facility.At the time of work, the shop explained to her there is no warranty on radiator and sold her a dealership part at her cost. Why this shop didnt call in the claim to NAPA is beyond our control.

      We asked her to bring us the radiator and an invoice from the shop. After waiting 30 days for the invoice, we sent the radiator to the parts manufacturer and because that shop wrote on the invoice that the engine overheated and caused the radiator to be damaged. They only gave us the price of the radiator back and denied the claim.We have written a check for that amount and asked the customer to pick it up.She informed us its not good enough.

      Due to truck over heating and is documented. Extended warranty will not pay the claim.

      If you have an extended warranty on your vehicle, don't take it here even though they say that they are endorsed by "CarMax" warranty (where I bought my car/warranty). The man behind the counter was cordial and helpful to the customer in front of me and to me until he found out that I made an appointment and intended to use my extended warranty. He, then, proceeded to tell me about another customer's experience where they had to leave their car with them for a month while they went back and forth with warranty adjuster because once an odometer reading is put in the car can't leave the lot. The serviceman proceeded to talk to me about how the warranties were easy to get but very difficult to use. I appreciate his honesty, but he didn't even offer to see what was wrong with my vehicle or suggest that once we found out what was wrong we could discuss where we went from there. He was very off-putting, and I left there feeling like an idiot for purchasing a high-end extended warranty (that I was dupped, even though we've used it before and been very happy with the ******************** It's a shame that they alienated a customer with a lot of friends who have a lot of vehicles; I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

      had my ************ rebuilt at this location to start it took 3 weeks to complete after they said 2 weeks and when it was done i tunerd the truck on in the lot and it had a check engine light come on and sounded funny went back in to the shop and told the manager he can out and cleared the code and said nothing else truck still sounded funny got the truck home and looked under the truck to find out that they had cut my exhaust and put a clamp on it the also broke my exhaust at the y after the headers call the shop and they said to bring it back and fix it told it back and they left the clamp on it and just had some one patch it back together ask them agin at the shop they repeatlly ometting things they did or not do and not completeing the repair to something they did makes me worrie about they job they did on a vital paet of my truck and any one elses that might have had work done there and never said any thign to there other customers

      I am rejecting this response because:  i went to 3 differnt exhaust shops after the failed repair and they had no problem giving me a quote  there would have been no problem with letting your acadamy shop do the repair  but after they failed to tell me that ther was even a issue both time i have no confadence in that shop    i will be  calling your south shop this ****** to talk with u
