On September 28 2022 I financed a 2017 ***** Equinox from Diamond Auto Sales. Within 2 weeks the check Engine light came on saying ************* reduced" and the car would not go more than 20 MPH. I contacted the dealership to let them know of the issue I was having. ****** informed me to bring the car in and they will fix the issue. After 2 weeks I got my vehicle back from the dealership, and not even a week later the check engine light came on saying ************* reduced" and again the vehicle would not go more than 20 mph. This time I took the vehicle to 3 different mechanics to get a understating of what was going on. Each mechanic told me there was an issue with the fuel pump and it needed to be replaced. I brought the car back to Diamond Auto Sales where I gave them copies of the diagnostic. ****** insured me they will get the fuel pump replaced. After another week or so I finally picked up my Vehicle and he showed me a work order of the fuel pump they replaced. One week later I had the same issue where the car would not go more than 20 mph I took it to a mechanic, and he told me it was the same issue with the Fuel Pump. I called Diamond Auto Sales to let them know I'm having the same issue again after they've fixed it for the second time. ****** told me there is nothing he can do since he already fixed the issue. I asked him if I could trade the car in for something else since it's obviously causing a lot of issues. He told me I would still be responsible for paying off the loan if I do trade it in. I then asked him to please take another look at the car and he refused. My dad came with me to dealership where we showed them exactly what the car was doing, and since I had a male authority with me they decided to take the car for repair. It's been two weeks without a car, and no update from the dealership. At this point I want them to take their car back and give me all the money back I put into this car and out of this loan.

I am rejecting this response because: The dealership failed to notify me that my car was fixed after waiting for a response for over two weeks. I decided to visit the dealership where I was informed my car was fixed The dealership refused to give me the keys to my car unless I paid $300 for laborer. Which I refused to pay because my car is on a 1 year warranty which they are responsible for. After minutes of debating with said dealership I finally got my keys. Not even 24 hours later and my car is having the same issue. NOTHING has been resolved

    Sincerely,

I bought a car that has been problem after problem. Now my car is smoking from under the hood into the cabin of my car. It is literally making me sick. They still haven't processed the paperwork with the *** and it's been 40 days since purchasing the car. They claim to make every buying experience a great one,. Yet so far they make it sound like I'm the unreasonable one because my car has had continuous issues. My key don't open my door, so if it the fob does I'm ******. I only have one key and a key is 230 plus a couple hundred more I'm sure to rekey the door lock. The transmission is showing over filled on dipstick but nothing comes out when drain plug is removed. They say it's normal and ***** wants 170 for a flush they say it needs. I feel like I bought a ***** and since I've had to do things myself I can't prove 4 attempts to correct.

Car was sold as it's. Customer paid $7000 out of $7500 still owes $500 that customer refused to pay to the dealer as part of his agreement. We came to the agreemtn that he can pay us only 250 to releas his title. Finaly customer agreed to do so, but we are still waiting to hear from him back.

What Diamond Auto said is true. I did agree to pay 250 . The problem is I either pay 250 or loose 7000.   The car has been a constant problem and I don't have cash to take it to get repaired properly.

The haven't processed my paperwork at the *** which they have passed the time period that they are governed by.

In short they have got everything they want at my cost. I'm stuck paying the extra fees at the *** and my license plats are estimated at 450. Which I can't afford.

They saw me drive in my car / which they by ******** law states the lien is the owner of the vehicle, allowed me to drive away on two separate occasions with the cabin full of exhaust smoke or smoke from the engine compartment.

It isn't very ethical to see a customer or let a customer drive one of your vehicles in that condition

    Sincerely,

On 10/29 I put $1000 for a down payment on a 2018 ****** Sentra that had ***** miles. I was to make a $342 payment a month starting in December. After 11 or so days I got a phone call from the manager to bring the car real quick so that they can take pictures for the bank which I did on 11/12/22 at around 5:30 pm. The car was parked at an airport contractor from 11/2-11/8 as me and my family were in ***** but when I got to the dealership that evening the car was taken away from me, I was lied to just to get me to take the car back. The manager said that my documents didn't work for the bank and that they needed bank statements so that we can renegotiate the loan that the following day i would be able to take the car home. On the 13th I called the manager and I was told that I was not going to get the car back so I told him that I needed to get my expensive stereo system out of the car and that I would be by shortly. I went to the dealership around 5pm and I asked for my stereo and my down payment, I was told that if I would get my down payment back if financing didn't work out. So despite the 100% guaranteed financing that they advertise, I was told that I didn't have a down payment to get because I put **** miles on the car since I had it. I was told that they gave me the car with ***** miles and i returned it with close to ***** miles which is a complete lie. I asked for the keys to get my stereo system and check the milage on the car and at that point all h*** broke loose. The owner and about 6 other guys flew outside and demanded y I need to see the milage and I told them that they were lying about what I put on the car so when I showed them the paperwork showing the actual milage i left with the owner got in my face, hit me twice & tried to break my hand as I was trying to pick up my speaker box. They were all ready to hurt me, the owner was the worst one of them all. He called me so many names & was so disrespectful. I was in fear of my life.

What ever you do DON'T shop here. They are untruthful and con artists. I purchased a yellow Kia **** half way through financing and paying $2,000 to them found it was a salvage title. I decided to go through with it, seemed a decent car, took it the following monday ( this was Sat 5/22/22) to get the tires balanced, a gas cover and they gave me a loaner. I did some errands with my son as witness to it all, we came out and their loaner battery was dead . We called ******** at Diamond and told him the battery was dead at 12:00 noon. They left us stranded in the parking lot for over 3hours and kept lying that they were on their way. When they finally showed up ** my **** they had put 70 miles on it, and had fixed nothing after leaving us stranded and having my car to fix for the entire day from 10 am until after 3 pm. I then found that ******** had also sneaked in a $1,400 warranty for the car for me to pay for, after he told me he was GIVING me a 2 year warranty. Misrepresentation and lying at its finest. I told them to cancel the finance and to name the payoff, and he said and repeated $4,000 and the deal would be finished. When my son and I got over there at 12:30 Tuesday afternoon, he refused our agreement and said he needed $550 more dollars. We had to walk away from it literally . We weren't desperate for a vehicle, and after all the cheating and lies, these people are crooks, why would we want anything from them ? We kept our money and walked 4.5 miles home since they were so disgusting, we couldn't even get a ride home. I am disabled and that was excruciating. Stay away from them and the yellow Kia *** with ****** miles on it. It was stolen, vandalized and hard drugs found in it. Then it was totaled and salvaged. If you see this vehicle, don't walk RUN away, as fast as you can. Oh and for a good credit score they will give you ***** percent interest....what a waste of the gas we put in their car, and our time, wasted 2 days for us...
