***** and ****** are scam artists. I bought a vehicle from them over 4 months ago and still do not have a title in my name. The car was a complete lemon and it was missing the Catalytic Converter. I was driving with the windows up and passed out and almost died from carbon monoxide poisoning. I bought the 2010 malibu for $4400 and when I went to purchase insurance for it they told me they couldn't let me get full coverage and the *** value was only $1800. I went back and asked for my money back and ***** said he couldn't do it cause I already signed the papers and the money was already deposited into the bank. Completely shady. In the picture I am uploading, it is the spot where the Catalytic Converter should be. In it's place is a resonater. Also it is secured with pipe clamps and stuffed with some kind of fabric material when it should've been welded. This is how carbon monoxide leaked into the cabin and almost killed me. Also the transmission blew 2 weeks after the purchase of the vehicle. They do not do inspections on the cars they have. Also when pricing the vehicles they leave out details of prior accidents so the blue book value is higher. I went on ***'s website and priced out the vehicle. I put no accidents reported and got a value of $4500 then I put the accidents reported on the carfax and then the price dropped to $1800.If you have any sense stay away from this dealership and the other dealerships they own (Drive Easy and 5th ************ all their cars are ******** NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

    Dear **** ***********,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to addressing any issues that arise with our customers.

Regarding your vehicle purchase, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. We understand how important it is for every vehicle to be in proper working condition and to meet your expectations. However, it's important to clarify some points mentioned in your review.

    • Title Transfer: While we acknowledge the delay in getting the title transferred to your name, it is currently being processed and will be mailed to your designated address as per our agreement. This process follows the guidelines due to the restraining order in place, which limits in-person interactions.

    • Condition of the Vehicle: At the time of sale, we were unaware of any mechanical issues such as the missing catalytic converter. We always encourage customers to have their vehicles inspected by a certified mechanic before purchasing. Additionally, we do our best to provide accurate information about the vehicle's history based on Carfax reports and other available tools.

    • Pricing: Regarding the discrepancy in the ****** Blue Book (KBB) value, we price our vehicles based on market factors, including vehicle condition, demand, and accident history. While KBB is a useful guide, actual prices may vary due to these considerations.

    • Catalytic Converter & Safety Concerns: Your safety is a top priority, and we take your claims regarding carbon monoxide exposure very seriously. We recommend having the vehicle thoroughly inspected by a certified mechanic to assess and address any concerns. If needed, we can assist in facilitating this process.

    • Refund Request: Once a vehicle is sold and the transaction is finalized, we typically do not offer refunds, as outlined in the contract you signed. However, we are open to discussing any other concerns you may have.

Lastly, we must address the threats made toward our staff during your recent interaction. Threatening behavior is unacceptable under any circumstances, and we take this matter seriously. We are committed to resolving customer concerns professionally, but aggressive behavior, especially threats of violence, will not be tolerated. We urge all future communication to remain respectful so we can work toward resolving any issues.

We are still here to help with your vehicle concerns. Please feel free to reach out if you have further questions.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Driveasy Inc

I bought a car 2 months ago, with in a week the car start acting up, it would put it's self in park while I was driving it, I went the store and they told me it's not there problem. I am just know getting it in the mechanic after 2 months , I have to pay even thought my warrant told they would cover it. They then say that there cars are $6000 or less this car is $10000, it's not worthy , with all the problems it has. Why buying the car I was so rushed that I didn't even realize she didn't go over the price of the car or the payments , they were so worried about INSURANCE. I believe they should be replacing this car, it is not worth it and I wish I never did business with them. I am not the only person that has reviews like this from them.

I went to a place called driveasy and my car had only been able to drive maybe two solid weeks out of the 1.5 months Ive had it. Took it to get diagnosed and I broke down the same day. In front of the dealership. That debacle took 2 WEEKS for them to fix and I never received an explanation or any communication until my car was finished. I received my car back paid the deductible for my warranty, and not even on week later my check engine light was on. Mind you, this car is listed for 14,000$ And has barely made it thru a a full week of driving since I paid the down payment.! *** had to miss work 4 separate days now and I really dont appreciate it at all! I feel like Ive been keeping my patience, but this is costing me my time and money.

Sold me a car for ****** with a blown head gasket, I also purchased insurance through them and additional warranty to cover vehicle and they are still not doing anything about it. Tried to charge $154.00 for a thermostat when I has just purchased the car and had a warranty. The thermostat is $6.00. Took the car back to dealership to have them fix it, they installed a thermostat and still did not fix the issue. Missed 2 days of work because of this car and this issue. Telling me they cannot even fix it or exchange it. They keep stating they are sorry and they hope we get it fixed.

We were able to have the customer schedule a time with the service center to have the vehicle diagnosed and due to our findings we did switch the customer to a new vehicle on 7/12/2023. To our understanding this matter had already been resolved with the customer directly.

I purchased a vehicle at Driveasy a week ago. Im having issues with the air conditioning in the car, it makes a loud clicking sound, and now the ac unit does not turn on. I called the manager and he was extremely rude and told me that the car was sold "as is" but nobody told me that. The salesperson "*****", never mentioned any of this to me, but he refused to believe me. He said he knows "*****" better than that. They're refusing to take a look at my car, and they're telling me I have to pay out of pocket. This is extremely unprofessional and he did not car. Summer is coming and I wont have ac, and they refuse to help. Instead they're telling me I have to pay out of pocket. I paid them cash and they do not care about their customers, Its wrong what they have done to me because that was my savings and I feel I was lied to and scammed.

Good morning, The customer purchased a used 15 year old as is vehicle with ******* miles on it. Unfortunately higher mileage older vehicles will have problems, which are described in detail both verbally by staff, and in writing on the as is form required by the *****************. We offered to have service diagnose the vehicle at the customers cost. We do not offer free diagnostics of as is vehicles sold two weeks ago. We would probably be more inclined to help had the customer not been verbally abusive to staff and cursing at them, which we have on a recorded line. Thank you for reaching out.

I bought a car from them 8/22/2022 directly two weeks after that date the car engine locked up on me and the car broke down on me. Not even a full month before the car broke down, when I purchased the car I get the dealer warranty. I had to get the car towed to the lot on my own dune even though I had insurance! This place does really shady business and I soon found that out, selling other faulty cars. When I signed the contract for this car I had 30 calendar days to return it if I had any issues. So now this business is giving me a runaround for my down payment refund! Its been over a month and they are still dragging their tails! I want nothing but my money back to be down with this sleazy place.

I am rejecting this response because: I feel its unfair. I work extremely hard for my money and the car broke down on me not even 2 full weeks of having the car. They sold me a s***** car and gas no remorse for it.

    Sincerely,
