If I could give them a 0 i would. I bought my car back in august. First of all I had to redo all my financial paperwork. They cant keep up with their own staff let alone the vehicles they sell. Ive brought my jeep up here 3 times within the last month and they sent me on my way. After paying $400 to just look at the car and tighten wires . As of today , they wanted me to pay them $3000 for a failure they didnt want to correct from the jump. The truck needed to be jumped after being ran and test driven from the jump. Should have been a red flag then. Im a travel nurse , I travel often. So telling me thats part of my issue is outrageous. ******** is very rude. Shes doesnt even speak. Shes the face of the service of department as soon as you walk in. If its not a brand new car or an up to date year. Its practically a lemon. They sold me a lemon. Expect me to pay them $3000 on top of my car note. Is ridiculous. I had high hopes for this dealership when I first bought the car now Im left with disappointment. Ive been speaking with ***** and **** since early February. Now all of sudden they havent seen my car since August. It doesnt make sense. You tell Your boss Ive been up there about 3-4 times within min the last month. Couldnt find anything wrong with the jeep. Now my TIPM and radiator needs to be replaced. Car never overheated not once. Ive been stranded in ****** due to this car. Paid $600 to get it towed and this is how Im left. *******! They told me to settle in court. Thanks you McCloskey.

Worst experience of my life, i went in trying to end my car problems for a while and they ended up so much worse after doing business with Mccloskey They sold me a *** without the engine emobilizer when I was just looking for a reliable car because I'm a single mom and i didnt know about the theft issue with these cars. My bad for listening to the salesman telling me it was a solid car (obviously didn't mention the major security issue or sky high left rate) A few months after buying the car it was broken into and attempted theft, I had just paid to repair the damage and window and 2 days later the car was stolen completely and found undrivable with over 1k$ worth of damage. So starts the major issues with this dealership, they said they would help me out with trading it in and would heavily discount a different car because I was already going to be upside down on my loan because I bought during the car shortage. They strung me along for 6 weeks waiting for warranties to be canceled to reduce my loan. After that finally went through they told me that my only option was their most overpriced car and tried to get a loan for almost 40k$ approved without even talking to me about numbers. I was denied for the loan and I called the bank and was told that they had not only put the loan for their full asking price of the car, but also that my trade in was entered at 4k$ less than they told me I would be getting for the trade. When I asked about this I had their head guy ************************* call me to chew me out saying how dare I question the integrity of his salesmen and telling me the bank was lying to me, not them. I have been thrown around to almost everyone that works there and treated with such disrespect like im an idiot the whole time while they tried to gaslight me even though I have their original offer in writing. They were just trying to make more money off of me and dig me into a deeper financial hole than I already am. I am disgusted.

This place sold my son a piece of junk, he purchased a car a little over a month ago. He was told that he had a warranty it has been a little over a month and my son's car needs $5000 worth of work because his radiator hose melted, how do you get so much damage from a radiator hose, and why did the radiator hose melt in the first place? My guess is it was leaking or faulty when they sold the car to my son. Now that he has tried to have them fix it under his "warranty" he has been told that the warranty will not be enforced because according to them he caused the damage. How can he have caused the damage by doing what he bought the car for driving it? I hope this is not a case of racial discrimination I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and speaking with my lawyers. How do you go from a busted radiator hose to $5000 worth of head gasket engine work needed we are goingtofind out?
