I financed a car unfortunately through two sham businesses that rip you off and take you for all the money they can. I got the car from Nevada Auto Sales 09/27/2022 and already this car broke down on me. The two people **** and ************************* are the ones I dealt with. ******* seemed nice enough and **** was rude but basically they sold me a lemon and now I'm stuck without a car and a payment so high that I won't be able to continue paying if I cannot get the car fixed. How I will get another car is beyond me. This puts me in a hardship but they don't care about anyone. They took my money and many others and closed the business so no one can contact them. The car was financed to me for $13,000 even though it was only worth $4,000 or less. The financing company (***********) is ripping people off left and right and they won't help you at all with refinancing even though they finance used lemons on the regular. I'm a single mom who needs to be able to get around and now not only am I out a vehicle but out a car. They are con artists at best. I want to *** them to recoup my money and to pay the remainder of the loan but don't know how to even get a hold of anyone as ive emailed and called several times with no response back. Many people have gone through them just to be screwed over. I'm finding out that people's warranties were denied as well even when the car is legitimately a lemon sold by con artists.Customer Answer

I would like to request more time to respond to the request for clarification. I'm not sure what other option you have in this particular situation and still waiting on the repair shop to give me a response about whether or not my vehicle can or will be salvaged, and when/if the current warranty given to me at the point of sale will cover it.Initial Complaint

I bought a car from Nevada auto sales for $8000 and a trade in that was all wheel drive....we always had the car garaged and only put **** miles on it in the last year...I was told it was a all wheel drive car and it a front wheel drive car the reason that I really believed that it was a all wheel drive I paid additional money for new tires to Nevada Auto Sales for all new and same size tires because they told me it was all wheel drive and it needed them...At a car lot you should sell a car with decent tires and not bald....then charging me extra for them....then in the last snow storm and the first one I drove this car in a snow storm found out it was front wheel drive...if I knew that I would have not purchased this car....but thats what the salesperson told me it was a all wheel drive...then I called the manager @ Nevada Auto Sales all he told me was "oh well we can't do anything for you" ( with a arrogant attitude) hard working people who give them that much cash and trade in and extra $ for tires should not be treated this way....it should be against the law....can't imagine how many other people they pulled the whool over their eyes....the manager basically called me a liar....I talked to other people and they said they are a fly by night car company....I just want what they told me and I should not pay extra for tires that they should have already replaced before they sold the car....this place should be out out of business before they rip off someone's mom/dad/grandma/GrandpaBusiness Response

This complainant forgot to mention that he placed a phone call to the dealership 1 year and 7 months after he purchased this unit. How an individual can be uninformed to the point they don't know they purchased a vehicle that was two-wheel drive, when all the documentation clearly states it is 2wd, and realize it over 18 months after purchase, I can not explain or account. All of the documents also clearly state only what is in writing is binding. As far as the tires, we put that item on the 'we-owe' at the time of purchase, and have a receipt for new tires for this unit for over $600, so I can't explain this customer's uninformed status on that point either. As far as 'doing something' for him, I never had a chance to offer any solutions because he started yelling, calling us names like liars and cheats right from the start of the call. He even threatened to come down to the store and 'settle it in person,' whatever that means. I wish he had, but he did not. Just more ignorant posturing, I suppose. We've been here since ****, have a 4.4 natural (we don't use ****** rating firms to enhance scores) ****** rating, and have been a past ******** Independent Dealer of the Year winner. We take care of customers, and this individuals false accusations and incorrect assumptions, are offensive and completely uninformed. Had I been given the opportunity, I probably would have offered to just buy the car back, or made some other unusual effort to make his feeling of the transaction right. We do things like that all the time. But, you can not reason with a customer like this, and so, we will just leave him to deal with his vehicle and his apparent emotional issues all on his own.Customer Answer

This e mail is in response to Nevada Auto sales...the Manager is the biggest liar that I ever heard of ....he was never good to offer anything...saying he would buy the car back..... Would did pay extra for tires but they covers them selves with a receipt for the whole purchase of the car not saying anything about tires in the receipt.... Bottom lines these guys @ Nevada Auto sales are thief's they even got a trade in if ours a Denali in $8200 cash for this car and we never knew that it was a front wheel drive untill we drive it for the first time this year in the snow....and they told us we need new tires all the same because it was All Wheel drive.....and took us for money for tires and car....this whole establishment will rob you blind..... It's not fair to hard working people!!!!!

My only response to this customer's 'additional information' is that there is no response I can provide to logic like that. Simply calling us liars and cheats based on his feelings of the situation does not resolve anything or provide any opportunity or room for negotiation. I'm considering the matter closed.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:These guys @ Nevada Auto sales are scam artists... And this so called manager was not there when we purchased the car!!!!!! So this Manager has no clue what was said to us!!!!! So he needs to stop acting like he was there!!!!
