    Castro Construction was hired by century link to run new cable lines. My back yard faces a trail and three fences are attached to each other. The worker on Feb 14th jumped the fence instead of going around. My son caught the worker and went out to tell him he pulled the fence apart where they connect. The worker spoke little english,I called the company on Feb 21st at 3:15 pm spoke with **** she stated she would give the manager a message 3.7 at 1pm called no answer or message machine 3.21called and left a message on anwer machine **** at 1pm Spoke with **** again told her I wanted a call back that this was my 3rd message I will file a suit and contact the BBB she sated she was the only person in the office and would take a message for the supervisor to call me. Later that day ***** called said her filed supervisor didnt see anything with the fence. When I told her they need to see it from my back yard, she stated the field supervisor would come out to my home. on **** the supervisor came to my house took pictures and said he would show the owner, and someone would call me to set up a time to fix the fence.4.20.23 at ****am called the office per **** she will get with her co-worker and call me back.4.24.23 at 1:15pm called and left a message on answering machine for a call back.still have not received a call. This should not be taking three months to get my fence fixed. I also have dogs that do not need to have lost due to a damage fence. As time has gone on the fence is pulling further apart then the picture I attached

    Hi, this is ******* with Castro Constructions, when our crew was working on the area the ** called us to let us know that broke her fence and a tree that she planted, and that her son saw us jumping the fence, our crews dont have the need to jump fences since for that job we didnt require having access to any of them, all the job was done on the rear easement of the properties, what our team did was stand up on a bench that was on the open area just to see how our equipment was doing, this might be why they thought they jumped the fence. After this we were on constant communication with her phone calls and voicemails and we sent a supervisor to check on the damages, the tree that she said we broke was on the public easement one house away from hers and the branch was 10ft tall, all our job is underground so there was no way that we can damage that, she understood and asked about the fence, since we didnt have any pictures before starting the job, and even though her fence looked pretty old and that damage could be easily done by a strong wind, we told her that we will fix her fence, which we try several times, we did reschedule twice but both times we called her and explained why we had to moves the appointments,we fixed the fence last 05/02/2023
