    My family and I truly enjoyed this place. Clean, new, comfortable and convenient to most of the attractions. No issues with anything. Check in and check out was a breeze. Philips is a great host. Will definitely stay again if we return to ****************.

    While a definitive diagnosis of bedbug bites is not possible due to the lack of a specific test, the fact remains that my family suffered bites from an unknown source while sleeping in the bed. The deplorable condition of the bed and the resulting harm to my family necessitate a full refund, irrespective of the precise origin of the bites. The host's failure to provide a clean and safe environment warrants compensation for the harm and distress caused. They hide the condition of the bed with a new bed sheet. Feel free to ask me for photos and you will gasp at what we slept on.

    Home away from home, This is an absolutely wonderful property in a quiet little neighborhood. You could walk in, unpack, and feel completely at home. Our teenager enjoyed having the entire lower level to himself. The on-site washer and dryer made life so easy, we could and should have packed less! Our favorite views were from the kitchen window in early morning and the inviting backyard.

    One of the best Air B&B experiences I've had.****** is AMAZINGLY responsive. The house is charming and nicely furnished. We lived on the covered patio. It was great to walk to most of what we needed and the iced lattes at ***************** are A++. Our daughter lives 2 miles away and the patio and bbq were the center of our time with our young granddaughters. It felt like a vacation for our daughter and her family, as well as for us. The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable, nice linens. We will be back many times!

    This listing was just as described. It was very comfortable. Its close to 3 DDD restaurants, very convenient to access pikes peak, seven falls and garden of the gods.

    This location was great and had great placement. Finding it was easy and the neighborhood was great. The house was beautiful and access was easy to complete. The jacuzzi was enjoyable and we enjoyed staying here. Parking was easy and the driveway was awesome. Plenty of rooms available and beds. Heated floor in the shower was also a nice touch.

    Hoste was a great host. The condo in **************** was conveniently located to all the things we wanted to see. The condo had everything we needed for 4 day stay. We had issues with the garage code, but they immediately responded and the issue was quickly resolved. I would boom with them again! Love supporting veteran owned businesses!

    We self-manage several properties up in the ***** area and ***** and Hoste helped us out by providing us with market data and set-up advice and general management. They also served as my go-to for any STR legislation such as the SB33 bill that would have quadrupled our taxes.

    I run my own short-term rental business in my own home so I was unable to use Hoste. However, ***** has proved me numerous tips on how to set up my property as well as market data for ****************. I highly recommend using them for your STR needs.

    We had picked a property and went through the process to reserve the location. We made plans around the location (flights, adtiveites, etc). Then we recieved a 'COLD' email stating that they would not fulfill the request, but we should be thankful to THEM since they weren't going to charge us a cancellation fee. LOL! They made no effort to help us locate a new place, offer a similar place in sinilar location. In their defense when I started posting negative reviews, they did reach back out and wanted to assist us, but I don't trust them. I would be very cautious if using this company. I wish that I would have looked at all of the bad reviews on their own ******** page. I am sure they will respond that they were willing to help, since I am not sure that honesty is an attribute that I would apply to this organization so I have documented the times they sent emails offering no support, along with times that I started posting negative reviews and then they had to do something so I would stop
