  I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and service at this veterinary clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, compassionate, and attentive. *** ******* went above and beyond in explaining every detail about my pet's health, offering thorough and thoughtful advice, and ensuring that I felt completely confident in the treatment plan.Special shout-outs to ********* ******** ********* and ******* for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. They made the experience smooth and stress-free, always with a smile on their faces. Its clear that everyone at this clinic truly loves animals and is dedicated to providing the best care possible. By the time everything was done and over , my family and I didnt feel like we went through this alone , the staff grieved with us, our lost. Im incredibly grateful for the amazing team here and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care! ??????

  The initial staff was nice but it's a little mind boggling the amount the charge for some of their services and how rude the second day staff was. After my cat was discharged they said it's recommended to come and get blood work done for 4 days. Mind you it's the weekend so I can't take her to my regular vet so they want to charge $180 each time I take her plus $117 for the bloodwork. On top of that, the gave my cat orange flavored **************, which no cats like any citrus flavored stuff. I call about it and they give me attitude and tell me that's all they have and tell me to find it somewhere else. I was livid with how rude these people are on the second day. This place all they care about just like almost every vet place in town is MONEY! Would not recommend to anyone coming here unless you can't find nothing else to save your animal. I didn't even speak to a vet on my initial visit until about an hour into my consultation, they send a tech trying to sell you a bunch of stuff without explanation from an actual doctor. I spoke to the vet for maybe 2 minutes in total, the tech was trying to sell me everything without consultation from the vet itself. A bunch of money hungry vets in this office, find somewhere else.

  Please DO NOT take your animal to North Springs Vet Referral Center in ******** Springs.*The Hospital Manager is rude, insensitive, unethical, and unprofessional. He lied to us repeatedly, took our money for a test we did not want for our dog, and treated us and our dog disrespectfully.*North Springs VRC kept our dogs body after euthanizing for testing purposes that only they wanted. We did not approve a post mortem test.

  In the shortest version possible. We took our healthy dog in for emergency surgery to have part of a toy removed. A very common surgery with a very high survival rate. Many things happened and many bad decisions were made. We ended up having to put our dog down 4 days after surgery because of negligence on behalf of the emergency vet and staff. I 100% believe our dog would still be here with us had we taken her elsewhere. The worst experience of my life. And just to show you how much they did not care. After our dog passed who had been in their facility for 4 days, not a single staff member or veterinarian (to include the owner who performed the surgery or was there in the room) reached out to give their condolences for losing our sweet ****** dog. If you want to keep your pet alive and not pay thousands of dollars for the vet's mistakes, please do not take your furry loved ones here.
