    Incorrect/poor window installation. Water leaking inside. Company came out to inspect the damage and acknowledged their mistakes. Someone was supposed to come out to fix the Issues but they are no longer responding. We have a lifetime warranty.

    Ordered windows on 8/5/2021 for entire home. Paid half down on 8/5/21.Was told windows would be in for installation by November. Order was delayed until December - they knew we had a deadline of mid December 2021. Order was delayed until January. Order was delayed again and installation occurred on April 7th. Punch list of outstanding items/ errors on Window America's end:All exterior screens; 3 interior screens - kitchen; Office window ********************** trim TP; Bedroom window ********************** trim TP; Master bathroom frame ********************** trim TP; 3 handle sets for sliding doors (black); 3 key tumblers for sliding doors; 3 black transition pieces for sliding doors; Garage window TP- lower half replacement (bottom lip is bent; Spare bedroom lower level - glazing bead repair or a new piece to the window DP; Middle large window in rec-room replacement DP (chip inside of double pain). On April 17th, found some ****************************** were double pane versus triple-pane and another window was damaged. We paid for triple-pane. Owner and salesman came out April 25th to inspect and finalize punch-list. Added more items to punch list and adjusted price to double pane. Had to pay more money towards order. Was told punch list would be resolved by Memorial Day. June 10th - we contacted sales guy. He stated everything was in and installer would contact us. July 9th - we contacted sales guy stating we haven't heard anything from him, installer, or owner of company.August 10th - we contacted sales guy requesting to speak with ****. Spoke to Mark and he stated everything was in and install is scheduled for Aug. 19th.August 19th - we reached out to confirm appt. **** stated not all product is in. We called manufacturer and they didn't have reorders for over half of punch list. We've been lied to the entire time. Attached are documents of communication. End result, asking for punch list to be satisfied. This is 379 days old from original order date

    I can appreciate your concerns , myself , my son and. Your installer ****** have been putting things in a it comes in. ,there has been a lot of this going on across the country with mayerial shortage s and supply chains .especially since ypur windows are black .,is have you a discount if 500 per door ,double what it costs for triple pane vs.tempeted .im sorry this has taken so long ,we will put things in a the parts come in .leaving reviews and complaints doesn't make things came ant faster ,if cant give you what I dont have .i will again call then manufacturer and see what's they have and what we can so ..i see how you have sent us texts and emails demanding things be done by certain dates ,we will do it as soon as we got things off the truck .i expect the balance that its owed to be paid as well ,,I would agree to stop and go to arbitration at any time of that would help you .
