Hi,
We received a letter from you for a complaint filed against our company. My apologies on the late response. Our HR department thought this was replied to and in fact it wasnt; so I am taking care of it today.
We did not get the notice until 2/15/22. We do dispute this claim and I have attached all our mitigation documents showing the work we done. We do not set our own prices as we have to use standard industry pricing set by the state.
I have also attached a signed work authorization of the client giving us permission to do the work as well as a signed certificate of completion/satisfaction from the client stating we did our job fully.

I am rejecting this response because:The same day I received the first response from the BBB, I received an email from Deep Water advising me that they had filed a Mechanics lien against my home with the courts. Deep Water included fabricated invoices and reports outlining the work and service they provided that totaled $1873.34 and it was filed under false.
Below are just a few of my concerns with this fabricated invoice and other documents that they intend to provide to the courts.
1. Charged for 6 hours of equipment setup time. They sent three guys to my home and they just literally set up 5 fans and a de-humidifier in my kitchen area. This took them anywhere from ***** minutes.
2. Charged 4 hours of equipment breakdown after hours on Saturday and Sunday. They scheduled and picked up their equipment on a weekday during business hours,and this involved one guy and he took about 15 minutes to grab 5 fans and a de-humidifier. I also had to leave a voicemail advising them to pick up their equipment and it took them over a day to respond.
3. Recap by Room. There is a charge of $864.34 for the Main Level. Again, this is fabricated because my water leak and the equipment were only in my kitchen area and one in my pantry. I also challenge the measurements they gathered for my pantry because it is merely closet space.
4. They included a handwritten Atmospheric report, which I guess was designed to show how effective it was; however, I challenge these results because I know there were days the machine was off more so than it was on, so I am unsure where these readings are coming from. Someone initialed off on the report as if they actually were at my home daily or monitored it somehow.

My basement dripping. I asked ******** ***** ****** * ***********for checking. They contact a company to check. I asked how much? They said about $45. “Deep Water Emergency Services, Inc.” (*******************) came. They didn't find out the cause of the dripping water, just put the fan on. Before leave, they tell me that the cost will not exceed $200. The water continued to drip. I found the dripping was caused by the refrigerator. So I fixed it myself. I only asked for checking with $45 , but technicians didn't find out the reason and didn't solve the problem. It is totally useless to blow dry the wooden floor under the plastic floor. It is meaningless and ineffective. Deep Water Emergency Services, Inc. now asked me to pay $800, although the job is meaningless and ineffective. This is a genuine deception and a fraud. Hope BBB can stop fraud & tell them I'm only willing to pay $200 for this useless and fraudulent work.Business response

Dear maam.
From what I understand is that you just mailed in a check for you ****, never asked to speak with anyone with your concerns.?If you felt you where over charged you should have spoken with our billing department I have no notes in your file you called to complain.
