    From the start, JLG had given information wrong, birthdays, names, etc. They served the defendant with the incorrect paperwork, not sure if courts received the correct paperwork. Had paralegal issues that got these items wrong and tried to bill me for it. Had delays even though they had the information to submit 1.5 months earlier, tried to bill me for the delays and submitting extension of time to do so. I reached out to *********************** several times with these issues, which he apologized for, however didn't stop there. Sometimes is took weeks to get a response. JLG has no problem billing though, that is the one thing they are consistant at even though the delays and clerical errors are their fault. I spoke to their paralegal about all the issues and others. I had expressed to ***** that the delays are causing an issue with me missing out on seeing my son and delaying the child custody process which I am wanting 50/50 split. He tried to assure me it wasn't. I expressed to him the more delays the less time I get to see my son in the meantime which is the only important thing. There were more billing issues with JLG for them charging me interest on top of charges they billed me for for delays they caused which took them 2 weeks to respond and fix. They then wiped out my retainer even though I said I would pay the bill for the correct charges and would not pay for the delays or billing to me for the delays they tried to charge me for. After talking to the paralegal 2 weeks prior and explaining how little I was getting to see my son and asking when mediation would be scheduled, although previously expressed to *****, ***** said he wanted to get a temporary order so I could see my son more. I sent an email to paralegal and ***** asking more about what was going on the the disputed bills. ***** then responded saying they would not schedule the mediation until I replenished my retainer.
