    When the repossession truck arrived at my residence, driver made no effort to notify wife or myself that he was at the house, which we were home at the time. Well he tore up my front lawn, broke a sprinkler head, then the mother of all f*** *** he collapsed my driveway. When he finally hooked the car up he dragged an all wheel drive down the driveway into the street. Completely tore up the drive train, the car is beyond repair now, was going to pay the late payments to get car back. The lady I spoke with on the phone very unprofessional tried to belittle me. Have to pay to retrieve personal items out the vehicle $75 cash exactly no change will be given. Also have to make an appointment just to get personal items. The banks have found themselves a real POS business to repossess the vehicles they over charge consumers for.

    HORRIBLE!! I was given the after hours number to call to make arrangments to get my vehicle. Called for 2 days and left voicemails. Finally reached someone and he gave me the mail number. Nobody has answered the main number and the voicemail is full. Going on third day and they want to charge me 30 bucks day, ripoff!!
