If I can give zero stars I would because that would be a better characterisation of the actual rating. Our initial meeting with 4 corners seemed perfect, said we would be protected from the *** and also gave us a money back satisfaction guarantee need less to say when it sounds to good to be true, it is too good... And this would be taking us from another tax Firm to 4 corners. Long story short they missed a call with our *** agent and said it was because they didnt have our ***** of ********* (even though we sent in both POAs for our business and for personal taxes sent multiples times in a 2 month timeframe), they didnt reach out to us o let us know (Not One Time) they were missing anything, Almost impossible to get into contact with 4 corners and when we did it was usually because the old tax attorney would update us because they never got a call from 4 corner stating that they are the new tax attorneys per our initial agreement. we didnt have anyone representing us on the mandatory *** call and I would have to send mass emails/ texts to all employees to finally have someone finally respond. This didnt happen a few times it was from the start and almost every time. So after paying 4 corners over 13k for services that I had to pay again to my old tax attorneys, they still have no idea how bad they screwed us over. Worst business decision Ive ever made! I wouldnt let 4 corners represent my worst enemy. We are closing our business partly because of their failure to do anything that was promised to us, I wish I would have never made the decision to switch to These crooks! *****************************
