    They advertise on ******** that you can get a free grill for completing a surgery with them. They then call you and say you didnt win the grill, but you did win $75 in gift cards and you just have to complete a survey when the guy drops them off. Then the local salesman calls you to set up a time and you learn that their survey is actually a ***** minute presentation to sell you a vacuum and air filters, and its a 25 dollar gift card with a 50 dollar gas rebate card where you get 10 dollars every time you spend ************************************** your receipts. I didnt buy the vacuum system but I did buy a $200 furnace filter. When I got it, it was unbranded and a total mess all around. I asked the salesman for a refund and he told me he didnt have the money right now for a refund. I asked the main company and they said well we dont even sell furnace filters so Im not sure what he sold you. I asked them for a refund and they told me that they had nothing to do with it, even though they assigned the salesman to come to my house and a refund could only come from my salesman and his separate company. The manager told me that salesman didnt even work for them anymore which I also found out was a lie. Still working on getting that refund, but man am I glad I didnt buy their full system.
