      I had a flight/hotel booking on May 15th-20th. Needed wheelchair assistance - a free service offered by Frontier - help to and from the gate.Got to airport very early and checked on. Was told to sit at the Wheelchair assistance are and wait for assistance. One hour passed, it's getting busy. FLight boards 6am. Flight is ****am. I ask repeatedly if someone's coming ( cannot walk to gate myself and they have OFFERED the service, all airlines do). They repeate they're busy. ****am someone finally comes. TSA is teeming **** people. No way am I getting through in time. TSA to gate takes 30 minutes. By the time we get to the gate the place is empty and flight is closed. THey've made me miss the flight. The desk agent at check-in is immediate with an apology, she admitted it was all on them. She knows I have a hotel booked as part of this bundle. She takes full responsibility. Writes a note for a refund. I have to cancel the hotel as I can't get there now. Frontier offers me the same flight the next day. I will have to get another $50 Uber and face the same crowds again. Is this guaranteed I'll get ON this time? I ask her. She looks doubtful. I was there very early, at **** am, so I did the right things.Now Frontier is refusing to reimburse my hotel.I can't use the hotel booking, and they've admitted full responsibility.They say they're only responsible to refund flights. How so? I was told to submit hotel AND uber receipts which I did, by a second agent. They're saying it's not their fault. How so?Booking ref: M6ZKGL I want a refund for my trip in full, Frontier. Wheelchair assistance was offered, then not given causing passenger to miss flights and hotel. How is this NOT your responsibility?How so?

      I will never do business with Frontier Airlines again!I missed my flight and paid a 79 dollar change fee( my fault)plus 35 and change for doing over the phone came out to 113 and then got to the airport to check in and they charged me an additional ***** saying that since I missed my first flight I had to pay again for a checked bag.They charged me twice for the same service and pointed out that it is their policy.So 8m disgusted they are ripping people off and insulting my intelligence with there fee policies.I paid ****** round trip from Vegas to ***** with an 11 hour lay over in Denver.They are greedy and low class with their business edicate.Do not fly Frontier Airlines or you will be promoting this type of customer experience for the future.

      Would give 0 stars if it had so **** of ******* flight and will try to give you the run around for answers .Will try there best to not technically cancel the flight so they dont have to refund money they will just say ******* though it will be a whole 15+ Hrs before a new flight time which probably will get *******.This airline is not good to fly with and will be my last time ever -5 stars dont recommend ********* will leave you stranded and having you cope with the loss of hotel and car rental fees off unlimited ******* not canceled flights

      Frontier Airlines is the absolute worst, most unorganized and greediest airlines there is! Had I known what I know now about their fees and policies, I would've never bought a ticket with them. I arrived at the ********************* on May 14, 2022 for a 7:22 pm flight to *******, **. When I got there, there was no help to assist self-service customers check in. Passengers need assistance even with self-serve much like there was a person assisting passengers for each airline in *******. As big as the ********************* is and the amount of passengers flying on Frontier, Frontier needs to be more organized and have more than (2) ticket agents serving at least 200 people in line. The stress I had from worrying if I was gonna miss my flight was through the roof. Because there weren't enough agents to help passengers check their baggage, we ended up leaving a whole hour late. Then at the counter I was charged $69 for my checked baggage and $69 for a carry-on? Unbelievable!! They weren't even weighed! Overcharged for both items!! The flight from ****** was $179.58, but I ended up paying baggage fees of $138, the real total was $317.58. And going through security was no better.Some of the agents seem like they have ice water running through their veins.When I did arrive in ******, there were teenagers literally running races on the walking machine right in front of the Frontier gate. Not one airline security person or Frontier person stepped up to make them stop before they hurt themselves or other passengers. Then the layover was close to 8 hours for which no overnight hotel coupon was offered for that long wait. Instead, when it was time to leave the next morning, the only concern the agent had was that we paid our carry on baggage fees then warning us of what would happen if we hadn't. They could care less about customers. They need *** learn that customers are human beings. Not dollar signs! It's all about the Benjamins!

      Giving one star because I cant give zero. Frontier cancelled our flight back home from a foreign country and refused to put us on another flight. Herded us back through immigration and made us leave the airport at 10pm at night with us begging to charge our phones, and had a person with a gun stand in front of us if we did not comply with any of this process. Our phones were dying and we were begging to at least let us charge or phones so that we could try to find somewhere to stay but they refused. They were also laughing amongst themselves when they cancelled the flights. The next day, they then cancelled the flight we tried to book through their book easy portal with another airline so we were stuck. This was six weeks ago and we havent received any reimbursement. They took our money, trapped us in a country, and put our safety in danger. If we were raped it would be their fault.

      Frontier needs better communication! My flight was cancelled in February and I was never notified I was checking in for my flight in May 13th and was having an issue with the baggage pricing discrepancy so I called to get it resolved just to find out that the flight had been cancelled. I got notified about a flight change but nothing about a cancellation. This has cost me time and money bc now the entire trip is cancelled.

      Frontier cancelled my flight on 3/20/22 returning from ************, ** to *******, **. I booked my own way home and logged this in their rebooking system. I received a written promise that I would have a refund within 14 business days for $1,200 owed. I have called them more than three times and have been repeatedly told that a refund was coming. They have hung up on me multiple times. I have sent two emails. I have yet to receive a refund and it has been 40 business days.

      Had a quick weekend trip home for some personal appointments. Friday to Sunday. Sat in the airport all Friday just for them to cancel the flight because of no workers and then a plane malfunction. Had to book a car rental out of pocket and pay for gas and tolls to get where I was headed. Was eventually given a flight voucher as if Id want to chance flying with frontier again. You have 90 days to use the credit. Their flights between the same airports have tripled in price, making it more cost effective to fly with literally any other airline and just pay out of pocket again. Tried to see if I could extend the date of my voucher and was told no. I will never fly with Frontier again. Horrible customer service, lack of employees, and false advertisement of ultra low fares. No wonder they say theyre the greenest airline, they never leave the airport parking lot. Book with anyone else if you want to ultimately save money and get to your destination timely.

      1 star is a compliment. What my family (4 of us) has been through the past 24 hours and by the time we actually arrive to our destination, 30+ hours is atrocious.Our flight from ******* to ****** canceled with no warning just as we were about to board(maintenance is what we were told). Our only option was to take an Uber that cost an additional $400 to ***, (3.5 hours away) fly to ****** arriving at 12am- sleep at a hotel another $260 for 3 hours with NONE OF our luggage to then board 27 hours later, where my bf was now just charged $79 for his personal item after already being to 3 airports and frontier checkins/desks. I had already started to walk on the plane and they held him back. They didnt even try to fit the bag in the carrier holder they have, which I know the bag would have fit! How do you charge with out measuring it first. The agent said its the other 2 airports fault for not charging us again, they didnt even put it in the holder to measure. So they put us out over $1000(meals, drinks, transportation) all in 24 hours, and last minute when we can see a light at the end of tunnel, demand another $79?? Also at the *** they tried making me pay again for my suitcase being over ****lbs. I explained I already paid it at the check-in in ******* I had it on my receipt. I got an attitude and the agent told the agent helping me just let it be as if they were doing me a favor. No communication between anyone, and left felt like we were the ones doing something wrong. Unbelievable. Do NOT book w Frontier.

      My daughter traveled with Frontier on 1/4/2022 and 2 of her luggages were lost that included gifts from her holiday visits! We filed a claim and still no resolve Yesterday she traveled Frontier from ************ to ********* and guess what u guys lost her luggage again!!! ????we are currently at baggage claim trying to figure out why is it that you guys are losing ppl luggages? Or are they being ramsacked through and items stolen? There is absolutely no way that This has happened 5 mths apart and u want ppl to trust u guys with their lives while in the air?? This is veey bad business u show lack of care to your customers! Im contacting an attorney bc this is 3 luggages in 4 mths we need to get to the bottom of it and we want to be compensated for out items! U charged us $100 for an overweight luggage fee u did that right but cant transport the luggage
