On July 10th of this year, I purchased two sister kittens from the **** Because I'm 66, I got both at a discount of $110. Since I have had them, they have had diarrhea constantly - I have tried changing their diet to dry food, given them pumpkin puree for a month, and prebiotics. Nothing has worked. I live on a fixed income - to take them to a Vet will no doubt be more than I can afford. When I finally reached out to the Denver Animal Shelter, they told me I signed a legal agreement to make sure the kuttens had medical care. I said, they sold me these two already sick, and that I think they should do something about this issue, but they refused. *******, their agent made me so very angry, that I finally hung up on her. Any other business, that sold something that didn't live up to what it was supposed to be has to make good. I don't see any reason why they should be treated any differently, even with it only being pets they deal in! They made me believe these two were healthy before I paid for them, which clearly wasn't true! I will seek vet help, when I can - but as I stated, I live on a fixed income. I can't afford a vet bill of hundreds of dollars; especially since in my mind they sold me animals already ill! I am preparing to look into a "go fund me" fund, to help with this cost. As far as I know, Vets don't allow payments; they want the entire fee right up front! I want the *** to apologize to me for the way they have treated me, and perhaps help me with the vet bill, since again, they clearly didn't adhere to the contract they made with me - these two girls were ill from the time I brought them home! If nothing else, I would like them to be punished for not following their own damned contract - so nobody else has to go through this sort of BS.

The Denver Animal Shelter has agreed to help me with the parasite situation with the two kittens I purchased from them in July that were infested before I got them. They will either pay for this themselves, or help me to pay for it. Thank you for all of your help, you folks are a godsend!
